Kenny made our experience the very best of times. We had called earlier in the day to set an appt....when we arrived, the vehicle we were interested in was in the waiting area and ready to test drive. We were so happy. Of course, the vehicle was exactly what we wanted and then Kenny went to work. We recieved an amazing deal for our trade in and the finance manager, Peter, made us feel extremely comfortable. Not enough stars to give a 10...but 10/10...thanks!

Greeting, My experience at Mercedes Benz of Smithtown was impeccable! The minute you walk into the luxury Mercedes-Benz car dealership of Smithtown! You are greeted with a warm smile by an extremely lovely warm, welcoming woman by the name of Donna and another beautiful Young Lady… I had taken my car for service which always goes extremely well. My advisor Kent and the entire Service team are an extremely professional,respectful group of gentlemen, starting with the young men that greet you to find out exactly who your service advisor name. I strongly and confidently
recommend Mercedes Benz of Smithtown to any and everyone looking to purchase a beautiful luxury vehicle and have the luxury experience as well. This place is always immaculate starting with the entrance all the way into the restrooms. When receiving service on your vehicle they have a lovely warm coffee, tea cappuccino maker with extremely healthy snacks in the back, with a comfortable seating area. I would also like to mention that the gentleman in the back of the service center as well a very professional gentleman whom will come out ask you what your concerns are with your vehicle as well as explain in detail what will be done giving you a detailed printout of all services rendered as well as a Full video sent to your phone on all services done to vehicle.
, I am giving this review 20 stars across-the-board simply because it is true and there is not one hiccup or bad thing I can say about Mercedes Benz of Smithtown car dealership. I will also like to send a special shout out and recommendation to, Mr. Valentine and his team whom back in 2021went above and beyond my expectations in purchasing my vehicle the hospitality/kindness and generosity was amazing. Not to mention the AMG/GLE53 2021 pearl white is one of the most beautiful vehicles I have ever purchased. Mind you, Mr. Valentine and his team really did an extraordinary job getting me the exact vehicle I was wanting, not to mention, we was at the peak of a full on pandemic when I purchased this vehicle. However they made it happen in a timely fashion delivering exactly what I wanted.
When I received the call that my Baby (SNOW) that’s the vehicle name … lol was ready for pick up upon arrival my mouth dropped. She was sitting out front ,very nice and shiny with a beautiful huge pink bow awaiting me trunk….
Loaded with all type of merchandise with the Mercedes logo As a Thank you to me… talk about style and class ?Mercedes Benz of Smithtown delivered nothing less….Thank you all each and every department for your amazing Experience each time I visit for any reason.Every department even the ladies up in scheduling when you call, are extremely pleasant. My first time in the service Department and it was a great experience. Debbie was so helpful and the whole staff was very friendly. They got my issue fixed and i was back on the road in an hour .They even washed my car for me . Excellent service !!

I worked with Klint (service advisor) who was fantastic. I worked with him when he was at the Huntington location and is very professional and has excellent communication skills. Everything was done to my satisfaction in the time frame and estimate he provided.
