I can’t say enough about Lincoln of Smithtown. Everyone was professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions completely. And they even took the time to explain all of the computer settings. Such a delightful experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Great buying experience. Larry is a no nonsense salesman and is very straightforward. From test drive to done deal was only about an hour. Had a minor issue with the car but service made it right right away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Larry to a family member or friend if they were looking for a Lincoln.Came back again for my next lease. I worked with David Hyatt this time. He really took the time to work with me and get me into the right vehicle, even when I didn’t buy the same day. He treated me with the utmost respect and when it was time to sign and pick it up I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks again!

I dealt with Cindy in service. She was terrific. I was able to get a loaner car (although it was filthy inside and out). They did wash my car when returned. Overall, very happy experience.

I brought my 2020 continental in for the rear camera recall. The rear camera was fixed and is working well , but now all of a sudden my front camera is not working and a message comes up every time I start my car. What a strange coincidence

I only take my Lincoln to Smithtown Ford / Lincoln repairs. They are the best. My car always runs well as a result. They are always pleasant and helpful. i never feel like i have been taken advantage of as a very senior woman. Thank you!
