I was referred to Lexus of Smithtown by one of my best friends who more specifically referred me to the store director Denise Ploure. I cannot tell you what an amazing experience it was being taken care of by Denise and the showroom representative Gloriana. They literally made me feel like family. They were kind, courteous, professional, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure not only that I got a great deal, but that I got a car that I loved. I left paying less than I thought I would pay and with added incentives. Simply amazing! In a time where good customer service is no longer the default, it was so refreshing to encounter Denise and Gloriana. The other staff were warm and friendIy as well. I am so happy with my experience and highly recommend visiting Lexus of Smithtown for your car needs. You won't be disappointed!

I just leased my umpteenth car from them and my dealing with their people in sales (Shawn, Rene and Denise) and service (Rob) continues their tradition of fair pricing and a smooth, delightful experience. I was extremely happy with the quality of service that I received from Carlos Rivero. He went above and beyond from the initial day that I walked into the showroom, until the day of purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, a good listener, and polite. Most importantly, he was patient and not pushy or overly aggressive as many car salesmen are known for when selling a vehicle. Hoping that he continues to demonstrate the aforementioned attributes, and not allow the profession to alter the way he is known for providing excellent customer service.
