Unfortunately my truck took a nasty hit and on the recommendation of a good friend I went to Harbor Collision. Jon and his staff couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. Jon kept me informed thru the whole repair process. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was performed the panel gaps and the paint work was fantastic.

John and Vita were extremely responsive and helpful - they took the time to answer all questions, even though I came in with a really small job. They scheduled me quickly, and the work was done perfectly. They took the time to preserve and fix all the parts they could rather than replacing everything outright - Thank you!

Absolutely awful! There customer service is just terrible. The person answering the phones is just the most non caring most obnoxious person I have ever spoken to. I asked for an invoice for a repair that they had performed less than two years ago. She said "Sir--we throw all invoices and repair bills out after a year...why would we keep them"---I said--my repair was less than two years ago and surely you have a record of me and my repair. She said we DO NOT--if you want to know what we did to your car CALL your insurance company. So very nasty. I would never ever think of using them again--and beware of using them-----their customer service is awful--and their work equally bad--hence why I was calling them----if I could give them less than 1 star I would.

The team at harbor are AWESOME. I had an accident and had a terrible experience with my insurance adjuster. Harbor freight was WONDERFUL. They worked with me and helped me resolve my issues with my car despite the issues my insurance gave them. Cannot say enough good things about the team over there.

They fixed my car and it looks beautiful again. Quality work. Quality people. I drove 50 miles to their place because of a recommendation from a family friend. It was the right decision. Paint looks good. Dent is gone. It looks like a new car. Couldn't be more pleased.

To the person who wrote about the receptionist... I thought she was great... but honestly, I went to Harbor Collision for body work and would not judge a body shop on how you are greeted. Jon and his crew do excellent work and if you have to pay out of pocket, his rates are very reasonable. This shop is very busy (as you would expect from a quality place) so be prepared to make an appointment.

Harbor Collision is the BEST. I've had a number of different vehicles repaired at Harbor Collision over the past 30 years. Most recently, my 2021 Audi Q5. Each and every time, they have been repaired like new and delivered when promised. Jon is a super guy. I highly recommend Harbor Collision to anyone who needs their vehicles repaired. You will not regret it.
