Will mislead you and try to take your car saying its junk and cant be fixed. Has done with others also. Then when you want to takw your car back he will hit you with bogus bill which you did not agree too

I drive a 2014 VW Jetta Sportswagon and with 95K on it, Scott replaced the original alternator and spark plugs and the car has never run better!! Mr. Dalton is professional in every respect. An incredibly talented technician who has been in business for decades. His work product is flawless. My only regret is I wish I knew about Expedition Imports sooner. Scott, the scammer, should be avoided at all cost. Based on some positive reviews, I brought my rover in for service. He scammed me out of a thousand dollar of totally made up BS work. My car had a sticky shifter that wouldn't stay in Drive, and he "supposedly" changed the entire shifter assembly for almost $800. The shifter got sticky again in 2 months and I brought it to a different mechanic, and he told me it is common for this car and the part cost only $30 and he said the shift assembly was never touched. Scott didn't even replace the necessary part for $30, I was told he only sprayed lubricant on the rust to loosen it so it got rusted and became sticky again. He also supposedly changed the intercooler seals for almost $300 including diagnostic. The engine light came right back on the way home. You can see attached invoice that I didn't make this up. This scumbag absolutely took advantage of people. If you are reading this, please don't fall victim like me to this scammer. Take your business elsewhere. Honest customer like us deserved better treatment. This scammer should be taken out of business.

Complete scammer. Be very leary he will try to take your truck by mis representing inssue at hand or making issue worst. Instead of taking procedural approach like compression test he will make big commotion and try to trick normal person into big job. There is a reason he only has 40 reviews mostly from.7 years ago. Most of the reviews are fake too just like his skills as a mechanic. You have been warned. Thank god for friends to guide me that he was doing wrong and making bill very high. We told him we would take truck home and he was shocked that we wouldnt leave it there. Then offered 500 bucks for it! After saying no he made up a bill of over 1000 dollars. He did nothing not even a compression test he said he swapped water pump, for what!? After telling us this engine is toast and not worth repairing. What a fradulent arsehole. Truck sold for 6000 after he ruined it. He said it was worth $500. Lots of peoples trucks sitting back there. YOU HAVE BERN WARNED

Scott is wonderful and a true professional! Backstory: I almost sold my dream car (Super Charged Range Rover) after only 2 years because of so many issues with it (mostly brake issues). The LR dealership was so incompetent with their own product... They couldn't fix it and made it worse. After 5+ rounds of servicing, they stated, "It's the nature of the beast." Really? Squeaky brakes is part of owning a Super Charged RR?! I thankfully found Scott/Expedition Imports, told him the saga story, and he fixed it. Even if it is a known problem, Scott is not busy making excuses, he's busy fixing the issue. My Range Rover has been happy ever since. He and his team are great to work with and explain everything that's going on. It's been an enjoyable and friendly experience throughout the years. I highly recommend.Services: Oil change
