“Good atm inside. Friendly staff. However don't use outside atm for cash deposit, save yourself the time and headache. Personally have brought it up to the steps attention including employees I know that have work there never addressed. The drive through machine has been this way for over a year put the same bills from the outside into the inside and at least the machine will take it. Otherwise 5 stars”

“I just spoke with Jason at this branch regarding a utility payment that seemingly took forever to post online. He was very courteous and professional. My biggest complaint with M&T bank is the amount of time it takes for payments to post in comparison to say People's United Bank--which seemed much more efficient.”
