“This branch is where I opened my account in 1991. Always felt welcome. 16 years ago moved upstate, still bank with Citibank. Just called the branch to ask about depositing a large sum, as I'm selling a house and the closing will wrap after the branch is closed, and Im headed back upstate immediately after. Cassandra let me know there is no limit to deposit size using the ATM, which was my concern, and she advised me to first speak with a personal banker to arrange a new account for the deposit to take advantage of an incentive Citi is offering for new savings accounts.
