This place is a bit of a scam. They buy stuff on eBay and mark it up 100x for unsuspecting entitled snobs. Maybe perfect for the Hamptons actually.

Our favorite place for furniture shopping in The Hamptons. A lovely environment. Excellent customer service, gorgeous pieces and even better location.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with your furniture company. I purchased a piece of furniture from your website a few weeks ago and unfortunately, I have had a very frustrating experience with both the product and the customer service I received, specifically from a representative named Jen.Firstly, the product I received was not up to the quality I expected from your brand. The item arrived with several scratches and dents that were not present in the photos on your website. Additionally, the item had a faulty leg that caused it to wobble when I attempted to use it.When I reached out to your customer service team to resolve the issue, I was met with a lack of empathy and unhelpful responses, particularly from Jen. She seemed dismissive of my concerns and was unable to provide any clear solutions to my problems. I found her unprofessional and unhelpful, which added to the frustration of the already disappointing product. As a loyal customer of Wyeth furniture, I expect better customer service and quality of products. I am disappointed with the experience I have had and hope that you can take steps to rectify the situation

Obnoxious and entitled describes the lanky salesperson who claims to run the place at Wyteth, Sagaponack. As I walked in, I immediately sensed despair for the costumer; he reeks I don't want to help you. He immediately insisted I wear a face covering, mind you no one is in the store - this approach was within milli seconds of entering. I complied as I should. Then I see a person walking about the store with a bright red sweater without a face cover. I asked the nitwit that I was concern why the patron was not following the guidelines. He said, quote " WELL HE IS THE OWNER AND HE CAN DO WHAT HE WANTS" So the owner can spread the omicron variant to the buyers because he is above the law, and he can do whatever he wants including placing customers at risk. Stay AWAY from this place, NOT welcoming and dangerous. Concerned citizenGO on invaluable.com or liveauctioneers.com and buy the same products in auction for 75% less than their retail price.

As an Interior Designer and Design Blogger/Influencer I love this shop. I am more familiar with their NYC location, but this is great too! So many great finds and the quality is on point. The prices might seem a bit steep to some, but it really is a reflection of the quality and service.
