I’ve gone here a few times over the course of a few years when I’m in the area and every time I’m struck how there is a rude employee.. fortunately there is whites apothecary now so there is a better (and nicer) option a couple blocks away.

They don't seem to actually care about their customers. We purchased 4 boxes of COVID tests after someone in the house tested positive. They sold us expired tests (I'm aware that the expiration dates on some tests were extended - we checked with the FDA online, and these tests were well past the extension). I tested negative with one of these expired tests on the same day they were purchased only to develop symptoms a day later and soon test positive.We took the tests back to the store to get a refund, and they simply decided not to refund our money. $80 of expired tests, and no good reason given to refuse the refund. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Sadly, there seems to be a revolving door of employees and ownership. I gave this pharmacy many chances to make it right after it changed ownership a couple of years ago. Prior to this, it was owned by a Sag Harbor local who actually cared about our community. She came out to talk to her customers. Now, they couldn't care any less. It is so disheartening. There is no patient/pharmacist privacy. We are made to talk in front of everyone every time they make a mistake or just don't have the prescription. They no longer want to help. It's just awful. Myself and my family will use another pharmacy in town. Some of the prescriptions in my family cannot just "disappear"!!!! and I want our community to know they do not have to deal with such unprofessional behavior. Industry standards have been lowered substantially all across the medical field but a privately owned pharmacy should continue to maintain a more personal experience. So good luck to you, Sag Harbor Pharmacy. You will NEVER see myself or ANYONE in my family in there ever again. In this review, I'm giving you the same respect you gave me, my family and my neighbors. Yes, my neighbors have had problems with you as well. You looked right through us when we had our grievances. Your business is replaceable, just like you and your employees. Good Luck!

Lovely pharmacy. Kind staff. Refills are easy to do, and even easier once your RX number is in their system. Meds cost less than the large chain pharmacy in NYC. At Sag Harbor pharmacy my copay was only $1.99 instead of the $ 7.60 I usually have to pay. The selection of soaps is very good. The natural rose soap is incredible.

Every time I go in to pick up my prescriptions they know me by my face and before I can even reach the back of the store they have it ready in hand with a friendly smile. Never once had any problems with them and only positive experiences.

Short wait time, personal caring attention, wide variety, great prices, inviting displays, home delivery, home town pharmacy plus gifts cards etc., convenient, organized, attentive. etc.

Personal attention and extremely helpful pharmacist! Never had a difficult time. Pharmacist comes out from counter to explain all medications to me. I’ve called in the past to double check with drug interactions was very helpful and informative.

Wonderful old-fashioned customer service in a lovely little shop. If they don't have something, they can likely get it for you the next day. Great place for medical help, and nice selection of gifts.

Recently filled prescription for ear drops -- It was handed to my daughter, who picked it up for me, with the pharmacy's label totally obscuring the information on the manufacturers name, the instructions and other information necessary for the patient to know, including the possible expiration date, or as simple as "shake before using." I will never use that pharmacy again, even if it means driving 10 miles to Southampton.
