Horrible service and way overpriced, took forever for someone to help me and they were extremely rude especially the older guy worker ( I believe he is the owner). Dont waste your time here a lot of the stuff in the website they don’t actually have in the store.

In Home is my go to store for furnishings & gifts.The selection and value are amazing.I furnished my whole apartment in NYC & my house in East Hampton through John & David.They have great taste and John’s design services are amazing!He took a floorplan of my place and was able to capture my esthetic so completely. He did his homework so completely that we furnished 12 rooms in 20 minutes of my time.What would have been an ordeal for me became a game of “that one , that one “!David’s vast years of experience as an educator in the design field has filled the store with only the most tasteful of gifts and chachkas.I can not recommend this business any higher.Did I also mention how nice they are and how they support the local art & theater venues?

David who owns In Home is a beautiful soul inside and out who displays everything you need for the home with a touch of class. I've been shopping at In Home in Sag Harbor for many years now. The owners David and John are always warm and welcoming to everyone who visits. Unlike many other businesses in the Hamptons the owners are almost always present and able to share their extensive knowledge of each product they sell. I really enjoy the great selection of products that they carry. The carefully curated products are not only very useful but quite unique. Every time I visit I find myself buying things I didn't realize I needed but somehow now can't live without. It's definitely worth a visit even if just browsing as you never know what you'll find!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. While in home does a great job in curating products for the home all of the brands can be purchased at all major retailers or on line for less. I too like to support small and local business owners however after I have seen how the owner treats his customers I see no reason to remain loyal and I will never spend another penny in that store. He has officially lost a client over a damaged 16 dollar plate. Thankfully the manufacturing stood by their product and is replacing the plate. Big thumbs up for Namba huge thumbs down for In Home. The only thing that store is good for is window shopping.

I always try to support small businesses. We have been furnishing a new house and decided to buy a 16 piece table setting from in home, along with countless other items. I actively decided to shop here to support this business instead of ordering v the same set online from a big retailer so that I could support the businesses in Sag Harbor. One of the plates broke, I believe from the dishwasher (they are dishwasher safe) after minimal use. I brought it in, concerned about the quality of the plates because that has never happened to me before with other plates we own. The owner was terrible to deal with. He told me it was my fault it broke in the dishwasher, saying he has a degree in the make up of plates (or something along those lines) and that there was nothing he could do. I have spent thousands in this store, which he was aware of. Instead of making the situation right by taking a barely used plate back and sending it to the manufacturer, he refused any solution. He's now lost a very good customer. this is why people shop online or at stores with good customer service.
