Amy's goes above and beyond. Due to some shipping problems from Ace, I wasn't able to have a product delivered to the store in time for me to pick it up. Amy had it driven out personally to my home the next morning. The store is well stocked and well organized; my first choice for any hardware needs.

Ever since the mid-summer renovations at Amy’s Hardware Store it has totally transformed into a lovely shop where you find yourself sifting through the aisle for something you didn’t even know you wanted to buy.

Fantastic and friendly service. Renovations look great. This used to be the last hardware store I would go to in the Hamptons. Now it’s the first.

Love the newly renovated store layout. I always stop at ACE first before, you know (the alternative). The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist. They haven’t disappointed yet and this is why the family has an account here. Choice of background music also speaks to my soul, so another plus in a long list of reasons you should make this ACE Hardware your first stop when in need.

I have been going to this place for years. Why? Because Amy and the staff are not only friendly, they are knowledgeable. I have saved so much money by telling them what’s broken or not working and listening to their advice about how to fix it. If I could give more stars I would.

Okay, I'm biased because years ago I had a part-time job at this store, but since taking over the store, Amy has done a great job renovating the building to provide space for more products while keeping the friendly atmosphere the store was always known for. They bend over backward to help you out, no matter what the request.

Whatever you need, they have it!! The new interior renovation is amazing. It’s super organized and merchandised perfect, which makes the shopping experience very easy. Oh and they have lots of Parking!

Go to Ace Hardware in Sag Harbor for all your needs!! They saved the day for us, set up a grill that we desperately needed same day/hour and helped us load it into our car. They then came to help us when we couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t turning on and got it working! They are all so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!!
