I have been to ACE hardware stores all over the country and this is a small store but for me one of the top five ratings. Rose is really invested in customer service and treats EVERYONE respectfully. I have only encountered one ACE hardware store in NYS that compares and that is near Buffalo.

The employees at Ace were a great help to me. I purchased an air conditioner that turned out to have a manufacturer defect. They swapped it out for a brand new one and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Great work by them.
