I have very different opinions of the Adams and Sackets Harbor locations. Sackets Harbor staff are helpful and courteous, very customer oriented. I am there almost daily. Adams is another story. I have in the past spent hundreds of thousands there but not a penny for the last several years.

The staff is ready to help, very nice, and informative. They also do service repair on EGO products.
