The hairdresser Lauren was rough with my head and hair when she was doing highlights. Slapping hardly on my head all the time when she was doing foils. She didn’t do detailed highlights. I mean you barely can see that I got touch ups of highlights on my roots. Hair became over process. When I started to brunch it I got fool brush of my hair. They killed my hair. I got some red burn spots on my forehead and the whole head just burns.
Glazed was not done correctly, Lauren said to girl who washed my hair to wait 10 minutes and then she will decide what to do next. But after 10 minutes girl washed out the glaze, probably she forgot what she was told and it’s just blonde, dead hair, plain color, which just coming out when ever I’m brushing it.
So disappointed. Never had that type of experience.

Got a brazilian blowout with Violeta and she was so sweet and did a great job. My hair is so straight and shiny. Would definitely come back here to get my hair done with her again.

The salon is immaculate, clean, and beautiful. As someone who struggles with OCD, and germs, I have a great appreciation for sanitary environments; and they are 15/10. The staff is wonderful, everyone was so nice, and welcoming. I did not have any of those cold shoulder sometimes rude hairstylist vibes I have experienced at other salons. I had the privilege of Stephanie doing my hair. Where do I begin, that woman is sent from the angels down to us on earth. She is as beautiful inside as she is outside. She was exactly the person I needed to meet during this season of my life. To say she is talented would be an insulting understatement of impeccable she is at her craft. I got my hair dyed by her, as well as my brazilian blowout treatment; and she is is just so meticulous and made my vision come to life. If you do not know anything about a keratin, or brazilian hair treatment, it can be botched very easily if your stylist is lazy. If the treatment is not under enough heat, or straighten iron for the max amount of time- you will have a carless, aimless, botched, hair treatment. The chemical solution is 20% of the end result; the stylist putting in effort to maximize the effects is 80% of the treatment. Stephanie, above and beyond. Beautiful soul, person, and work ethic. Very grateful to have come across this salon. I am not one to write reviews because I do not usually take the effort to do so; but this review was necessary to express my passion LOL!

Maeve gave a wonderful haircut to me and my daughter. We asked for her recommendation on a cut, and what she delivered was better than what I could have asked for. A perfect haircut and a perfectly positive and calming energy. Thank you so much Maeve, we will see you again!

I have been to the beauty box several times, but this past time I had a horrible experience. I wanted a trim, and when I sat down with dry hair to tell my hairdresser what I wanted, I got the vibe she wasn't listening. After my wash, she did not ask a single question before starting to cut my hair. Once your hair is cut it's cut-- you cant just ask them to undo it. I was just shocked at the lack of confirmation in regards to what I wanted. I then asked her to do long layers and 5 minutes later she asked "wait what am I supposed to be doing again?". I wanted about 3 inches off and she cut at least 5-6. I am just very upset with the outcome and lack of professionalism.

Yahaira at the Beauty Box has been cutting my hair for 10 years. Even when I traveled nonstop for work and lived far away, I would travel to see her. Besides the fact that my hair always looks amazing, she listens! There are no surprises— when I sit in her chair I can relax knowing I am literally in expert hands!
