1st time dropping my car off for service since purchasing it and I had the most horrible experience here. Tamar I believe was the name of the advisor we had for our misfortune, advisor was so rude and brushed us off. Advisor called to say we hit a pothole and damaged a strut in the car and that it wasn’t covered under the warranty and told us it would cost us $650 to replace mind you we just got the car a brand new car, she assumed me hit a pothole which we did not, we took the car to another service center and they informed us 1. If a strut was damaged it would be covered because again it’s a new car and 2. There was no damage to the strut so they tried ripping us off $650. I will not be taking my car here again for service absolute joke. & when I came to pick up my car I wasn’t greeted another employee had to tell a advisor to help me because he was to busy on his phone to realize I had walked in. Good luck to you if you take your car here id get a second opinion if they try charging you for something.

These guys are a bunch of crooks. Tried to charge me $900 to fix my seat when only a screw was loose. They charge $160 to look at your car and can’t even do that right. Be warned

Annie and Casey were both excellent and helped us prepare in advance to get everything we needed to ensure we could drive off the lot with a car of our dreams the same day. I'm a first time car buyer and Casey was essential (and patient) in helping me decide between financing and leasing, and helped steer us to make the right decision for our family. Beware they inexplicably prioritize walk-ins over appointments for some reason. Also, when I checked back for my next service I found out they completely skipped the majority of the service they were supposed to do the last time I was there.

They are fine (better at service than sales at this dealer). Location is nice, adjacent to a Rye train station and a short two blocks from Rye’s main drag.
