I took my CX five in for repair after someone backed into me in the Costco parking lot. Angel was super helpful from the minute. I walked in the door, very friendly and accommodating. I wanted to take my car on a driving trip and didn’t want to leave it, until after I got back, so Angel pre-ordered the parts and everything was pretty much waiting for me when I got back
My car looks great-like it never happened!!
My car was returned to me clean and perfectly repaired. Pro Auto Body was on the list of Geico approved repair shops, but I would take any vehicle that I owned to Angel and his shop.

Terrific shop, had a car that needed timing belt, water pump, tensioners replaced at 100+k miles. They came highly recommended by the guys that I usually see (Hank and May’s across the street). Dealing with Serafino was so easy and service was prompt. The price was also incredible compared to the stealership!

I guess this place doubles as a car rental agency? In any event, I tried renting a car from here and went to go pick up within the business hours listed on the website and no one was there. A mechanic that was there called the owner and the owner essentially told me to go another location that was “far” away, which closed in 10 minutes or come back another time. Don’t rent a car from here for your own peace of mind.

This company was my body shop for decades, and then they sold it to these new owners. I was worried, but it turned out these guys were fabulous. Totally honest, totally competent. I had substantial damage to my car (over $12,000), and when I drove in they called the car rental company for me, drove me there, got them to expedite my rental, sent me emails with status every few days. The dealt with my insurance adjusters, including when they found some hidden damage....which they fixed before even getting final approval from the insurance company. When I picked up the car, there was not a single thing that needed to be corrected that they hadn't taken care of. They drove me so I could drop off the rental car.

My CX9 was completely damaged on both doors right side and the tires/rims by an illegally turning tow truck. Angel and the team at Autobody of Rye did an excellent job making my car look new like the accident never happened I could not believe it when I picked it up. More incredible all this amazing work was done without me even meeting or visiting this shop, my car was towed here after the accident. Excellent job and experience I will return and highly recommend for any service and body work.Services: Painting
