I went to this citizens to get some help from the manager, Joe. I was trying to figure out some inconsistencies in my account. I arrived one day after I had made an appointment. I was told by Syed that the manager, Joe had left for the day. It turned out that he had simply went to another branch to take care of something. He didn't even have the decency to pick up the phone and call me to let me know so I wouldn't waste my time coming over for nothing. They have your phone info in the system BTW. He couldn't even ask one of his colleagues to call me and let me know. Joe just couldn't be bothered. I made a 2nd appoint to come in and get things resolved. I said that I wanted to have a phone appoint only so I wouldn't waste my time again if he was another no show. On the phone, he said he couldn't assist me because he did not have the docs that he gave me since he made no copies. He should have said that on the phone when I was setting the appointment with him that it has to be in person since we both need access to the docs. A 2nd time I was screwed over so there was not a third attempt. A manager and even a teller will never be held accountable and I went to the white plains citizens. Fortunately, all was resolved there. This manager was useless so please go elsewhere and don't allow him to waste your time. This is why I NEVER do the surveys they send e mail. Like anyone really cares.

The staff are friendly and helpful! I only go into the bank once a month and they still remember me :-)
