Terrible service!!! I went on Monday, April 8, 2024 and the cashier lady named Aguirre made my transaction wrong, she justified herself by telling me that the vending machine was not working and she transferred the problem to her colleague, (she finally solved my problem) I had to be answering questions from a call center and wasting 40 minutes of my time, I'm already in trouble at work for being an hour late. Who is responsible for that? The lady with the last name Aguirre did not apologize to me, she did not explain to me that she had to go through that entire security process, nothing, she just cleared up the problem. While ago, there were more professional cashiers with better treatment towards customers, it was really unpleasant to go to that location.

This is the most frustrating bank to deal with. They make every little thing super complicated. Their simplified banking is the most complicated banking on the planet and their customer service is atrocious. They really need to hire some people from Schwab to learn how to simplify banking.

Went into branch to open a trust account. Filled out all of the paperwork (took about 45 min) was told it would take 48 hours , they sent everything to main office/branch and they open up the trust. I was told she would call me the next day. Nothing ever happened went down the street opened trust there. Get it together citibank

Terrible customer service! Ridiculous wait times on phone each time, no return calls as promised as well as condescending attitude from management & bankers. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I opened an account in April 2018 at this Citibank branch. At the moment of opening the checking account there was a promotion in which I would receive 400 USD if I brought a certain amount of money to the account. This is as per promotion WDPUHXJRR9 ‘Make the Move Now to Make a Cash Bonus’. All documents were fully filled at the moment together with the branch’s financial advisor. After almost 2 years, I am still chasing Citibank via Customer Service for getting this money paid into my checking account. Pity! Very Disappointing... For those in the corporate world: this is a clear example of how a big bank neglects customer centricity as part of standard corporate strategies.

Citibank used to be good but has gone from bad to worse now. They closed my account without notice for 11 days, found themselves at fault but do not want to take responsibility for the disruption and wastage in money and time they caused. Highly avoidable.

I stood at the reception desk for one hour hoping to find a notary. I was totally ignored & gave up. I would have appreciated discussing what I needed with a wait time estimate. I have banked with them for over 20 years & plan to find better.

Perfect places to go to and get fees. Are no help if you lose your wallet and is in need for some cash. No verification process no good customer service
