Worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with; I won’t write the particulars of my experiences. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful, but it is a big commercial bank with big problems regarding their internal controls and made it very difficult for me to access my own money. One transaction was canceled at least 3 times and required me to go back to the bank, in person- at least 4 times. Shameful and disrespectful to a customer’s time and their money.

Opened a checking account in 15 minutes. Come back 2 weeks later to add a co-signer spent 1.5 hours at the bank, co-signer still now added. Incompetance all around.

Beautiful bank, and the largest in rye. The staff is young and very helpful and extremely nice.

Nine times out of ten the drive up ATM is out of order. You will pull up to it because it is impossible to park in the town of Rye if you'd like to access your accounts in the bank, and always always always the machine is not functioning. If you go into the branch and bring this sorry fact to the attention of the higher-ups, be prepared for absolutely no action whatsoever to be taken. Frankly infuriating.
