I have a small car and it is 10 gallons full. Even with gasoline, I got 11 gallons. They have at least a 2 gallon error at the price of gasoline, they are charging me about $7 more.

They barley fix the problem and then next thing you know, something else is wrong with the car. They charge you for new parts and put in used Ones. They are not trust worthy at all. They will take advantage of you.

Franco is by FAR the best mechanic I have met in Westchester. I have been a customer for many years. His prices are always fair and he explains what needs to be done and the approximate cost AS SOON AS he knows what exactly is involved. Also the gas station attendants are always courteous and helpful. BP is lucky to have this type of owner that cares so much for his clients.

was able to leave rye ny after visiting my cuzs who had a baby but i better get some gas at the bp gas station and a soda and snack as cuzs fridge was empty like al capones vault. the price of gas per gallion is 3.45 which is about right for the area and prices are same for cash or card. the convience store has the typical gas station stuff including the scary looking hot dogs which i dont eat as i am addicted to breathing . more folks inside getting cigs , lottery tickets , beer and snacks compared to getting gas and thats ok cause i was able to pump and go in less then 5 minutes..good gas , decent prices and no waiting for gas , maybe cuz will have a full fridge next time i visit him in rye.

Great prices, honest work, will always give something a second look if you need it.None of that "its not my problem it was broken before we fixed it" bs. Theyll never just leave you stranded for no good reason.

Horrible customer service from the attendant in the office.. (10/10/21 5:46pm)wanted to pay for gas inside because often the hold monies on debit card.Attendant refuse allow me to pay inside. Poor customer service. Was more concerned about his phone conversation he was having. He was very rude and disrespectful!

Amazing service and very honest. I got quotes for struts that were higher and not as fast! Franco is wonderful and a real pleasure to deal with. When you are a woman going to garages to fix your car, you of often get taken for a ride! And you end up leaving not knowing anything except that you wrote a big check. Franco was recommended by a very reliable and knowledgeable man I know who sends all his vehicles there. And it was the best recommendation of the year !
