Dr Jamal was knowledgeable and attentive; Anthony Macera didn’t explain results, handed us a hearing aid brochure after we asked and came off as dry and disinterested in treating my elderly parents.

I was diagnosed with a significant hearing loss earlier this year by my ENT. Wanted 2nd opinion and saw ad for Westchester Audiology/ Anthony Macera and made an appointment. Was very pleased with his patience, explanation of my condition and subsequent explanation of the care and usage of my hearing aids. He has made himself available for any questions/ issues I’ve had with my “ears” and am very grateful to have him as my Audiologist.
