Carolyn was amazing to work with! She made herself available immediately to work with an estate situation. On the other hand the bank manager was extremely rude and loud and not courteous at all.

You rushed from work to the bank and it clearly says it closes at 6pm not 5:58pm or 5:59pm so why would you lock your doors before the time. They literally stood there and look at me that they were done for the day. Horrible customer service

The day before my son left for college we all of a sudden realized he needed a debit card and quick. Of coarse it was the end of the day with only 15 minutes to pick him up after work and fly over to Wells Fargo and open the account and get a debit card. We got there literally 2 minutes before they locked the doors and David Appel helped us and stayed late, as well as other bankers that had to do the opening transaction, all with a pleasant attitude. I could not thank them enough for the their great customer service and going above and beyond.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Prefer this Wells Fargo more than any other one in my area.
