I’ve gone here twice and both times they overcharged me. The staff is pretty rude and they argue with you about the costs. Also both manicures chipped within three days. Stay far away!!Services: Gel manicures

Beware of the ATM there. It will charge fees twice. And the manicures aren't that good. It was more about speed than quality.

They charged me $90 for a gel pedi and didn't even cut my cuticles. Waste of money and thieves for the price and the service they offer. DONT GO HERE

First time coming here and had the worst nail salon experience ever. Was rushed through gel manicure and over charged. Two lady’s were very unprofessional and very judgmental. I’m never coming back here. If you think to come here please don’t waste your money and time coming here. Go somewhere professional.

Terrible experience. I had a woman do my nails who is the manager of the salon. She was extremely patronizing to my mother (she complimented how good my mother's English was when we were switching between French and English) and when we asked if someone would be coming to do my manicure soon (b/c my previous gel manicure had already been soaking for 30 minutes) she kept repeating it needed to soak and to "explain things to mommy". The manicure was not done well and she said a discount would be added which was never added. Do not recommend.

This place wasn’t bad when I started going and I been going for a long time now even taken my mom, my friend and my cousins. And since I been going there for a while I sometimes tip them a little more. Before there was an option to leave tip on the card but not anymore and I remember one time one I asked the lady if she can charge me 7 dollars extra for the tip since I didn’t have cash and she did. But today they over charge me for the service, the towel they use for my feet look dirty, and when I asked her if she can charge me the tip on my card she said no that I was cash only . So at this point I was like I guess I’ll tip them more next time I come. I was walking out and the lady that did my pedicure she chase me out the door and told me to pay her te tip in cash. I was so offended because they made it seem like I was stealing from them . No where in the salon it says it’s mandatory to tip and mostly in cash. This is the last time I go there and the last time I recommended someone to go there.

I have been going to nail ridge since I was a teenager and I love it. Recently my favorite staff member took over the store, Sally. She is absolutely the best and very kind. She already has made improvements. Tools are well cleaned, tubs lined, and the service is fantastic. Prices are also fair for the area. It is literally the only place I trust for my waxing needs as well. I know people had issues with the previous owner but I think everyone should give nail ridge another shot with Sally! I loved it even back then despite certain issues, but it is for sure keeping me as a loyal customer now!

Beloved Sally is the new owner of Nail Ridge! She was always my favorite there and I am so psyched at how she's already turning things around! She uses disposables as much as possible, prices are reasonable, and you can tell she puts cleanliness and service first!
