I can't even begin to describe how well this establishment treats customers. I am terrified of bringing any of my high-end Mercedes-Benz anywhere but the dealer. On this particular occasion my alternator went. Mercedes had no availability to take the car in, so I called Chris and his team, and they took the vehicle in same day. The team is so knowledgeable and even explains everything, so the client is not left in the dark. Not only did they have the car ready when I indicated it was really no rush and to put it on the backburner, but Chris treats you more like family than a customer. Such a rare thing these days. The repair was done correctly with name brand parts. I saved 40% and was treated better than at the dealer. I will use Greenwich automotive for all my vehicles needs from here on out. There are very few places left in today's economy where you get great service, a fair price, and quality parts when it comes to anything automotive. This place is a hidden Gem. It's no wonder they have been in business since 1930. I'm still in awe how he obtained parts in the middle of the day and had the car up and running within a couple hours with his garage slammed with other clients. These guys worked on my 1947 Dodge truck and got her running again. New coil, ignition, distributor and cleaned out the carburetor. Chris is an awesome guy, one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with. If he was unable to do something he recommended someone who could.

I had to have all 5 wheel studs replaced due to 3 snapping off stranding me at a rest stop. Greenwich automotive got my vehicle in asap on a Saturday and had my vehicle fixed correctly. Thank you all again.

Had my cars fixed (2cars) same story .. the day after it was returned the check the engine came on ( not even a week a month the next day!).. took it back he claimed it was a different issue.. got it fixed again payed again.. same story 3 times.. same thing for my other car. At this point I’m unsure if it’s intentional or just pure incompetence.. however he claims it’s just my luck. We blew over 12k at this point trying to fix both cars and I’m back square one. I guess I’ll have to file a claim with the BBB.

Outstanding! I've been using them for about 10 years and always great service. Prices are fair, and time estimates to fix are accurate. I recently discovered they do body work so when my front fender needed attention their estimate, again, was fair, and the finished work terrific! Personal attention and quality service is what you get here.
