The Branch Manager, Mirella, and Assistant Branch Manager, Connie, are really friendly and extremely helpful. As for the Teller Supervisor, Laura, she is also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The North Stamford Branch is one of the best branches I’ve gone to. “Great carwash! Also they do oil changes and if you get an oil change, they give you a free car wash! They have a nice waiting area and bathrooms. They sell floor mats, cell phone accessories, windshield wipers, air fresheners, drinks, hats, gloves, antifreeze, you name it - they got it! Service is exceptional and the prices are great, too!”

“Chase Bank in Port Chester is conveniently located on the corner of Willett Ave and Main Street. The bank is in a historic building with beautiful architecture. Eileen and the team at this Chase branch are outstanding people and true professionals. They provide A+ customer service and they really care about the people that walk through the doors. We drive 20 minutes away from our town to come here because of how great they are. If only every bank was like this one!”

“I made reservations for a party of 3 so we could come here and watch the Superbowl. I was very skeptical that we'd actually have a table when we got here. I was happily proven wrong! As soon as we got here, we were seated at our table and everything else remained "smooth sailing"! Our waitress was wonderful! I, unfortunately, forgot her name. She checked on us often and was on top of it. We really enjoyed our food, too. (Appetizers, an entree and dessert! Drinks,too!) No complaints. This was a very nice Superbowl experience. They even did a raffle!”

“This was the best location for chase bank with easy access to ATM drive through and parking. It was an easy in and out. . So disappointed it’s closed. Now you have to drive all the way to the other side of town to Quaker ridge to have access to an ATM drive through.”

“The 101 North Larchmont Blvd. branch of Chase is simply fantastic. I do not understand how other reviews could be less than five stars. The current branch manager, Jose Lopez, has developed a highly qualified and dedicated staff and a great place to bank Mr. Lopez interrupted his scheduled efforts to meet with me, carefully listened to my needs, and introduced me to one of his bank officers, Jordan McDaniel. Jordan McDaniel, an exceptional bank officer, is a rare combination of banking knowledge and customer service delivered with genuine care and consideration With Mr. McDaniel's assistance I was able to clearly understand all my banking options and, with his guidance and thoughtful follow through, I was able to achieve all I wanted to achieve in a timely matter. I would highly recommend this bank, this branch office, Mr. Lopez and Mr. McDaniel and the banking experience they have developed to anyone. “My husband and I have used AFCU for as long as I can remember. We are based in NYC, so there are huge advantages: we can use the AFCU ATMs located in McDonald's all over the City charge-free and we can visit the office on 46th street any time to do our banking business in person with an actual human being. By keeping the minimum $100 in our savings account, we get free checking. We have access online to the easy-to-use website. AND, we can make deposits and take care of other banking business via the phone app, which works really well. Recently, my debit card info was stolen and some fraudulent charges were attempted. I called the office, got a representative with very little wait-time, and she helped me report the problem, block the card and re-issue a new one, and provided the forms to recover the one small charge that slipped thru before the fraud was noticed by the debit card issuer. I felt very well-cared for and really appreciated the time and concern from the representative(s). It's stressful to have one's info compromised, and AFCU handled everything very well. On a side note, I really like the staff there and sometimes the hubby and I will stop by with cookies around the holidays... how many banks inspire that kind of appreciation? I'm 100% satisfied with AFCU.”
