Was very helpful when they did not have my meds in stock since I can not legally drive they went to get my medication from another Walgreens and even gave a controlled substance for a few days to hold me over.

Have been waiting for a script that need a pre Auth, call to find out script was canceled. The staff unable to give a reason why. Not very helpfully and rude. Miss the Rite Aid staff

This Walgreens is quite large with a lot of wide aisles, very brightly lit, well stocked, and very clean. It's in a convenient location in Rotterdam. The pharmacy is huge and staffed by at least 5 people plus whoever is working the drive-through. Paperwork is processed quickly here. There probably should be more chairs in the waiting area, today there were only 4. The vaccination area is tiny but sufficient, behind a partition.

It’s true, this is the WORST pharmacy. I’ve actually never had such a terrible experience trying to get medication before in my life. I’m on thyroid medication, due to the fact that I do not have a thyroid. I came to pick up my script like I do every month, I had received a text that my prescription was ready. Upon arriving, I found out that they in fact, did not have my script. The pharmacist was telling me that the doctor close out the script, and I needed to contact my doctor for a refill. I said that cannot be right, I received the text that it was ready. She continued to argue with me. And I mean ARGUE. She was right, and I was wrong…. She did not want to listen to me at all. She did not want to help me resolve the issue. She just wanted me gone. She was so extremely rude. She actually threw her hands in the air, turned off her microphone, and I could see her yelling and throwing a fit about it. She got someone else, as I had asked her to. Because I knew she was wrong. Come to find out, my script was at a different location. Had this woman known how to do her job correctly, and maybe hear the customer out and consider what o was saying, she would have seen that it was at a different location. Instead, she insisted that I was the idiot, belittled me, and insisted that she was correct. I wouldn’t have really thought twice about the situation, and I probably would have just let it go. But her reaction really took me back. So unprofessional and rude, I was shocked. Get your medication somewhere else. It’s always a headache here

While vacationing needed a medication while here. Everyone of the pharmacy staff took the time, and made it happen. Thank you all as I depend on many meds to keep me going. You have made a caring difference and it is much appreciated.

Worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. They always claim prescription are ready and when I get there it is never ready. There has never been a time I have tried to fill something and there was not a problem. The staff always promises to call you with updates and never do. I am beyond done with this store, they seem to not care at all if you go days without your medication. Worst place ever!!!!

The worst customer service of my life. They lost my antidepressants and told me to walk over to cvs to get it filled. Then they couldn’t fill my fiancé’s prescriptions and again they told me to walk over to cvs and get it filled so I did. Cvs couldn’t get a hold of them because they let their phone ring off the hook. Two days later still struggling to get the script filled and I went again and admittedly wasn’t pleasant to the girl at the desk. And she told me that CVS had to call them for the script... which they have already done. After i talked to a customer service rep they transferred me to the pharmacy and the pharmacist finally said he would call it over and immediately hung up on me. Don’t go to this pharmacy if you need any medications. It’s a glorified gas station at this point.

I scheduled a rapid test 3 days ago at this location (approximately 40min drive from my home). When we arrived today, we were told their computer was down and i had to schedule another appointment online. I asked if i could have a priority appointment when the computer is back up, willing to drive down again, and they said all they can do is call me and let me know it was working again. Why?? So I can schedule another appointment three days from now? My child is exhibiting cold symptoms and he cannot return to school, nor can his sister, until we have a negative covid test result. I counted on this company to provide me what i need so my children can return to school. I did not get a phone call from this location letting me know the scheduled test could not be done so I could save the 80min round trip drive. Disappointed and I will not be rescheduling.
