Awesome rest stop for truckers! Not only do they have clean bathrooms but they also have clean showers as well! Great selection for snacks on the go or food for a quick bite!

Went to take a shower in here walked in & seen hair on floor, now someone is supposed to clean the shower every time it's used. I brought it up to the girl but she didn't like that I told her. We pay lots of $ in these pilots & these pilots make millions of $ maybe they should hire workers who actually care.....& yes they were standing around talking

One thing is having workers that not properly clean or satiated their bathrooms/ showers but having a mayor mold problem in their business. Is a crime.
City and sanitation department should fine this place.

Avoid at all costs this is a bus stop. The line just to the bathroom is out the door forget buying anything. Some of us are actually out here working and cant waste an hour for a bathroom break.

Was parked in what appeared to be a legal parking spot at 2 in the morning and a manager and some guy that don’t work for pilot approaches our truck at 6am instead of giving us a chance to move our vehicle they call a tow truck and call us names. Highly unlikely to return would advise any drivers planning on staying here not to. Has a small lot most spots are reserved with the exception of the a very poor isle way that drivers like to stack up in and make it hard to back into spots there.

Whatched a guy beat on a trucks door with a baseball bat treating to call a tow truck on then even though they weren't in a no parking area and screaming like a Karen. Then when the driver was doing his pre trip the Karen that implied they were the owner came back out crying cause dude haven't moved the truck yet was body shaming the driver and called a tow company saying he couldn't do his pre trip he had to move right then and then tried to block him from leaving when he was pulling out to make him pay for the tow truck I have never seen such poor behavior from a truck stop disrespecting truckers like that I will never be back to this location and if that was the owner he needs to sell

They keep the order and cleaning of the store very poorly. The prices are not set correctly!!!
I wanted to buy water where it says 2 for 4. But at the checkout it turned out to be 2 for 7.
You have to wait a long time to take a shower. It takes a very long time to clean.

They have Diesel, They have a scale for trucks, many parking spaces for trucks, small bathrooms, only two 2️⃣ for women, the truck parking lot is super dirty, it smells like pure pee, they lack cleaning, I saw the prices of the products as high but not see more options because it's time to buy, wheelchair access, wheelchair parking, sleeping ? for truckers, they have showers ?.

You fill up your truck which costs over a thousand $ and their fuel is 50 cents to a dollar more than independent stations and to top it off they charge you 40$ to park over night ,,,,im done with pilot ,,they have become greedy bas@#$%

For the only truck stop for miles im rly surprise at how small it is. only have three shower's, only have TWO stalls in the womens (and its so cramped going thru the bathroom door)

Worst place to shower ..have no consideration for drivers time …waited an hr when all three employees where just standing at the counter…i asked the girl if the guy was the one who cleaned the shower and she called and he was more worried about the side walk having a bumb and the girl gave me an attitude

For this to b the only truck stop within 30 miles radius, this place is disgusting. It's only 1130h. They only have 3 showers also by the way.
