“Recently relocated to the Glenville area and my car was due for a August inspection.After Google searching and then calling several other garages( that were booked until Sept) ,I called High Mills and was given an appointment for the day I requested.The woman who booked my appointment was very pleasant.The day of my appointment,I dropped my car off and was pleasantly surprised to find a clean office and clean ,comfortable waiting area .I received a text later on that morning visually explaining my inspection which was something I've never experienced before and that is a great idea.Upon pickup, I had the pleasure of meeting Glenn and he explained the findings to me which was nothing more then a rear window wiper in need of replacement .So glad I found High Mills and feel confident that my service needs will be met !”

“I sent in a set of 8 injectors. Jim received them, did the testing and wrote back with a really nice write up of the tests performed and what he had found. When I received them back they looked like there were brand new.

“I brought my car in because the A/C had stopped working. Instead of any sort of upsell, Chris advised me to just grab a can of refrigerant from down the block at AutoZone. He showed me how to do this relatively simple procedure, and then was actually in touch for the rest of the day via text, asking how things were going. Dude probably saved me at least a hundred bucks, and also earned all of my future business. His honesty and helpfulness were a breath of fresh air. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
