I never post messages but I wanted to express my gratitude to Leslie and her staff. Every time I want to buy my wife a gift that is not jewelry (My business) I call Leslie or go to the store and they help me out.
Most men do not like to buy clothes for their wives, but I can count on Leslie to know her size and style, so I do not worry if my wife will like the clothes.
If we still get it wrong, I know Leslie will make it right.
I get the points for having tried and my wife ends up getting the perfect clothing. She looks great and feels great.
Leslie is committed to dressing her clients in what is right for them. I could not ask for more.

Couldn't agree more with the other reviews . I came into this place to buy a dress for my wife and the owner was very rude and nasty no respect at all or customer service skills mind you I was at the cash register when she was putting on a face with attitude talking to me in a high pitch voice. At that point I refuse to make the purchase and walked out the owner of this place needs Basic customer service skills training.

I had such a great shopping experience today at transitions. The sales girl was so easy going and helpful. I got to try on so many beautiful things. I felt no pressure though. I ended up buying some great pieces.

I stopped by Transitions today looking for something That I wouldn't find in Philadelphia, I loved the clothes! The sales people were so friendly and helpful, I can't wait to wear my new clothes in Philly!

I agree with the above review. Staff is obnoxious, snotty, and definitely pretentious. The actual store is spacious and clothes are well displayed. I have gone to this store once and don't plan on returning. I will give my business to Bloomingdales instead.

Reasonable prices and great location however, it really is a shame that such a boutique would employ aloof and pretentious staff. My experience was so negative I'll never set foot there again.
