The Quest Location in Roslyn was so convenient for me. It was really clean and so easy to check in. I was able to make an appointment easily online for the date and time I wanted. There was no wait. The Lab technician was very efficient. I went for regular blood work and It was painless. I got my results the same day. I was very pleased with Quest Diagnostics and would highly recommend it.

The phlebotomist was the least pleasant person I’ve ever interacted with. My 1 year old baby needed blood drawn and the phlebotomist moved the needle around multiple times while it was in his arm. If you can’t find a vein, don’t stick someone, especially a small child. His entire arm is black and blue now. Find competent employees, Quest. This experience was traumatizing for me and my child.

The nurse that helped me was rude and disrespectful. I asked that she not say out loud numbers because of a chronic mental health condition, and she laughed at me and did the opposite. Never been treated worse by a health professional.

The service here was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I was suppose to get my blood test here but they said they didn’t receive the notice from the doctor. I called the doctor and they said they transferred a notice a day prior. So the people at quest lied, extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

impossible to get in touch with quest customer service you go through the system hitting numbers then the phone just hangs up, i called the roslyn location directly and you get a recording that " the mail box has not been set up " ???????????????????????????? pitiful

I am concerned of patients that don't know how to navigate with technology, especially Quest Diagnostics appointments are done electronically. Having a person at the office would be great to take appointments from patients not able to use technology.

Well run facility! Fast, efficient and friendly personnel. Erika the phlebotomist was excellent. She was personable, professional, and patient with all my questions.The Roslyn (V6S) QUEST site is the one I always go to for testing services and for good reason.

It's always awful here. They are rude to patients dare they have a question to ask. They are ALWAYS running behind. Had to leave today and come to the great neck location. So slow, so rude, and so unprofessional. If they spent less time being all these things and complaining in the back and in front of everyone, I'm sure they'd clear the waiting room faster.

Quest scheduling & check-in process is efficient & easy to use. I appreciate this fact. It is especially needed when dealing with difficult medical conditions.

I wish I could give no stars. It was very disappointing. I had blood drawn for one test on Wednesday, May 29, right before noon. The technician said the lab would send the results to my doctor. The next day in the evening my doctor called. He was worried; he had not received the test result yet. He needed the result to tell me if I should take the new medication. I called early Friday morning when the lab first opened. I called several times. The call went to voice mail each time, and the automated recording said that the voice mail of the person had not been set up. I called my doctor, and he sent me to another lab. He got the results in a few hours and called me to prescribe my medicine. When you don't get the result for one test and then can't speak to anyone, you have no place to turn. I will never go here again.

I was able to get a good appointment time but made sure I scheduled a week in advance. The lab is convenient to get to and is in a nice mall with a large parking lot.
