I went to this location by chance, it was near where I work. I wanted you to know you have an AMAZING manager Tiffany Reyes! Right now everyone is sick and everyone is short staffed including Urgent Care Centers. I observed her professional manner with several of the patients including myself. She walked me to my room she gathered my information and kept me posted on when I would be seen by the doctor. I have been in the customer service business for such a long time and although I did not feel well, I was made to feel very welcome. Dr. Phen was very nice and was very thorough with my office visit. When I was time to leave, he thanked me for my patience. I would definitely come back to this location.

Horrible place. All staffs are so rude and do not care for patient care! Unprofessional and lazyUnfortunately I went this place since it is close to my home. No greeting when you enter unless you call some one!Dirty room. MA Refused to changed the exam bed with paper sheet. she said my son already sit the bed exam it is not necessary!PA did not explain the plan of care at all!X ray tech left lead gown on my son and disappeared. Just spoke to staff again to get CDIt will take days to burn CD.Do not go this place!I was hopinf I can explain this experience to manager but no one answer call.They will not get better!!!

I have used Urgent Care in Roslyn several times and each time I am impressed by the personnel, facility, expertise and helpfulness from check in to seeing the doctor. It’s seamless, quick and efficient. You can even book your appointment online. You are in and out!

This was my first time ever visiting an urgent care and I chose to come to the Roslyn location because they had the earliest slot available. When I first walked in, I didn't receive the warmest of welcomes from the medical assistant sitting behind her desk. She had to her back towards the entrance and when she turned around she said I had to check in at the kiosk. I got there before 9:30am for my 9:45am reserved slot. When I was finally called in, the same medical assistant did my intake. Her name is Keyana (sorry if I'm misspelling) and she was very nice and sweet. She asked me what was going on, took notes and shortly the PA Miriam came in. Miriam did a thorough check and asked a lot of questions. I was prescribed meds which my insurance didn't initially cover. I called the urgent cate location and luckily it was Keyana that answered. She and Miriam took cate of it right away and Keyana called me right back to let me know and that my pharmacy was going to be filling it in a few minutes. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and positive experience. We need to acknowledge the fact that those that work in the urgent care facilities work very long hours and get swamped. We need to give them more credit for being able to handle situations with poise.

Doctor very caring, explained everything, listened to my concerns and was very thorough. Appreciate facility was open late till midnight and that I was taken quickly.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor was very good and explained everything to me. She also prescribed a medication and made sure I could find an available pharmacy since it was after hours. The office is very clean, the bathroom was extremely clean and the music was very pleasant.

My teenage son fell and cut his leg. Dr. T Yao instructed that he should not ice his swollen leg and place regular bandaid loosely on the open wound. Later we found out from our orthopedic doc that he was supposed to ice it as much as possible and place steri-strips for the open wound. Dr Yao (Physician Assistant ) gave wrong instructions to his patient which in turn increased patient discomfort/pain, would not advise going there.

I've been going to this Urgent Care locations for years. It's extremely convenient to my home and an obvious place to go for a seasonal illness that may require an opinion, medication, etc. This morning I had a fairly negative experience with them and felt it was important to share. My son woke up with pink eye so we made an appointment online and popped in to grab some eye drops. It's an easy diagnosis. When you enter the facility, there is a "receptionist" who is often unfriendly. The young lady today was particularly unpleasant and her negative energy wasn't appreciated when trying to keep a young child happy and calm. She was unhelpful with the registration link (it was accidentally texted to my spouse) and mumbled instructions to me without making eye contact or attempting to communicate like a professional. They were also fixing an alarm system that was beeping loudly for 15 minutes while we sat there waiting with nobody else in the facility. There's just absolutely no need to make someone feel worse when they are at an urgent care. A simple smile and courteous tone should be rule #1. I accidentally had the eye drops sent to the wrong pharmacy, but I was unable to contact them by phone to get them to send the eye drops to the correct pharmacy. I had to drive back to the urgent care where the doctor very politely said he would send them to the correct pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy again and waited and waited and there was nothing. The pharmacist had to figure out a way to get in touch with them and verbally receive the eye drop prescription because it never made its way to the pharmacy. Something as simple as prescribing eye drops for pink eye should be easy. Instead, we had to manage through intense bureaucracy, rudeness, and a maze of corporate nonsense. Just really unfortunate. We can take our business to another urgent care, but in this private-equity driven medical world, nobody will care and it's more than likely nothing will change.

My husband came in with a dislocated finger on the morning of August 7.Jessica Padron , PA was extremely personable, professional & efficient!After taking and reviewing the ex-rays & sharing them with us, she reset the dislocated finger. She recommended that we go see a hand specialist who praised her work!!We are extremely grateful for Jessica’s attention to this injury!!Amy Prochaska & Rich Helfont

This place needs a new set of management the ones who work the front desk are horrible I have been coming here for year but as of recently they are disgusting my mom went to be seen and instead of the lady seeing my mom she spent the last 20 minutes arguing with my mom about her information when they could’ve billed the insurance If you don’t want to die I highly suggest YOU DONT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE EVER THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING

Compliments to lovely Jennifer who answered the phone when I called to follow up on my daughter’s test results. Jennifer went above and beyond to have my questions answered, ease my anxiety, and point me in the right direction for next steps. It was truly a wonderful experience, a refreshing change from what I’m used to. This exchange left me feeling at ease and grateful. Many thanks to you Jennifer.

Dr. Yao (may have spelled his last name wrong) took great care of my mom last night. He was very attentive to her symptoms and explained everything we needed to know. I would definitely recommend this place and to see this Doctor.

Went there last Tuesday @9:19pm(4/25/23) to get swabbed for flu and covid. Dr. Phen is good and the male staff who did the assessment. The female staff/receptionist was not! Very rude! So i was told that the pharmacy open 24 hrs. close to my neighborhood was CVS.. so i went to CVS and find out they don't accept my card.. so i call and let them know if they could just send it to my pharmacy and will just get it the next day.. but this female receptionist hang the phone even if im not done talking..we called 3x and until now haven't got the prescription..was really disappointed..
