I had an issue with my back up sensors and side blind zone sensors on my XT5 Marino took ten car in and explained what they would do to diagnose the problem and and repair it. After only a fee hours I was given a call and told that the issue was resolved and the sensors were functioning perfectly now. Additionally I had asked for an oil change and I was told it was all taken care of. North Bay not only kept me informed but made the experience a good one. Thanks to everyone in the service department.

Once again would give a zero star if an option. Why did I go back ? they are the only service center with in 30 minutes on Locust Valley. Dropped the Escalade off for 3 things.... Took the car home they fixed 1. Warning to all DO NOT GO NEAR NORTH BAY CADILLAC, buy your vehicle anyplace else !!

I brought my car for an oil change and service which is included with my lease. I had an issue with my rear window and it has taken over 4 hours for this oil change and for the rear window to be fixed. Guess what the window isn't fixed and now they come and tell me the motor for the window burned out and my window is down. Horrible service, over four hours, I rather pay for an oil change.

I highly recommend North Bay Cadillac. From start to finish our sales woman Laura Sodano was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Because of her we were able to get into the car of our dreams! Joanna the finance manager was also easy to work with, and made the process go quickly! Overall, it was a seamless experience!

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with #northbaycadillac . I would never give them another dollar again. Zero integrity. Sold me an Escalade with a full warranty and the engine blew out at 80k miles, fully maintained. It was in my posession since 6k miles. Now they can't replace the engine for 6 months and say the problem is mine because the car is mine. Buyer beware. Zero integrity. Boy were they all nice when they were taking my money. Problems come up with all businesses. How they deal with them speaks volumes as to what they're really about. Embarrassing customer service. Michelle Thornton, lead customer sales manager offered me $1000 off a corona priced used vehicle. How generous. Fool me once.

Always professional! Everyone here is pleasant and they get your vehicle serviced in a timely manner. The waiting area is very comfortable. I have been coming here for over 3 years and I have never had a problem.

My first new car purchase was through North Bay. From the show room to the service repair center to the unlimited car washes and free inspections with a new purchase and oil change as long as you own the car. I didn’t make the wrong choice. The receptionist and scheduling are a breeze. Barry my tech and the guys who are in the back taking care of your car are 100% professional, timely, and knowledgeable.
We are so happy with them we purchased another SUV and when I am ready will do so again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
