My coworker and I wanted to look in the store we saw something in the window we liked! The woman was rude from the moment we walked in she told us what the price was for everything I looked at assuming we could not afford it. Great way to run a business!

I was in their store in Southampton a couple of years ago and made a purchase but vowed never to go back. However they do have lovely merchandise so I was drawn in again. what a mistake! they are as rude and disinterested in selling that merchandise as ever. I learned my lesson this Time and will stay away. there are many stores in Southampton with beautiful merchandise and the people who work in those shops actually will treat you like a valued customer.

My sister and I were walking through town and shopping and we happened across this show. The door was locked and the owner watched us and waved a finger at us and turned her back. I was told by someone who knows her that she turns people away and won't unlock the door unless you appear as though you would spend money in her shop. Thought people should know and not support a business like this. I would give zero stars if I could.

I had an amazing experience at Katherine Tess! I went to purchase a birthday gift for my mother. I was assisted by Katherine and her daughter Bridget, they were so helpful and funny! I ended up buying a purse that had just arrived from Italy the previous day. It was such an authentic and personal shopping experience!

The owner is a incredibly rude person. The southampton store did not have a size in a style they carried. No one offered to order it, and if they did even if they ordered my size and it didn't fit--im stuck with it. So I emailed the showroom designer with the manager in copy. I went to the showroom and I bought this very expensive jacket. I was surprised and upset that the entire store was 30% off sale a week later. I asked the manager to match it and she said yes ( I have multiple people with me who heard). A few days later I get an email from the manager saying the owner decided to not honor it. What kind of business says yes then no? They didn't answer my emails, so I spoke to the owner over the phone. She barely let me speak and in fact she accused me of going behind their back contacting the showroom to find the jacket and it was so wrong. 1) I did not have to buy the jacket, Im not "loyal" to them 2) I didn't have to give them the sale. I could have found it in another store. So even if she made money off me, I'm still in the wrong according to her. She also insinuated I lied , saying that the manager did not say she would give the discount. After our conversation ( whatever it was) she said she needed to speak to the manager about the events and said she would call me back. Well as expected they have ignored a customer that will never shop there again. My entire family and friends know this and will not be going there as well. I hope it was worth it to them .

Her diamonds are so bright! Every piece of clothing is different and you won't see yourself coming and going. Katherine the owner really is helpful in deciding what looks best on you or just picking out the perfect gift and her prices are amazing for the quality of celery.

Not sure if the lady who spoke to me was the owner or just an employee, either way, she was very rude. I came in with my mother and cousin because we thought the bag in the window display was cute. The moment we entered, her facial expression showed that we were clearly not welcomed there. I think the lady thought we couldn't afford anything there cause she kept following us and gave a discontented look whenever we touched something. Mind you, all we were looking at were clothes...nothing frail. Their attitude towards customers need to change, who are they to decide whether or not I can afford something. Just be cautious when entering because they definitely discriminate against their customers.

One of the most iconic shops ever to be located in Long Island. Katherine herself is a gem - a true expert in her field. All of the products and pieces here are of the highest quality, and Katherine herself has always been extremely patient, nice, and friendly each time I've entered her shop. Hope this place continues to enhance Roslyn. Definitely worth taking a look at - you won't be disappointed!
