I was really disappointed with this florist. I spent a lot of money and they charged a $50 handling fee and delivered the flowers a day late. I put in a call to complain and I spoke to Cindy who said she would call me back, and never did so.

Got flowers delivered on Tuesday to where I work it’s now Friday and half of them are dead. It’s very disappointing... i would think they would last longer then 4 days

I ordered a $150 bouquet to be delivered to my mother. They charged my credit card for $295. I called and the manager called me back and said he'll correct the charge to $191. Apparently they charge a credit card fee and $20 for delivery but don't tell you that when you're ordering. I get businesses are charging cc fees and delivery fees but they should really tell you the cost when you're placing the order. Also, the bouquet was a total rip off. They literally put 6 roses, 4 hydrangeas and 4 peonies in the whole $150 bouquet. Will deff not be using this store again!

Arrived at the flower shop early. Was greeted with smiles behind the mask. I picked the flowers! They created a design! I was very satisfied and the recipients loved their arrangements.

Terrible. i should have read the reviews. I requested all pink peonies and they delivered yellow roses even though they confirmed they understood what i was asking for. When i called to complain they said they would take back the flowers that had already been delivered and make a new bouquet. So upsetting and embarrassing. Do not waste your money.

My friends have been raving about what a wonderful party we had on Saturday. The flowers exceeded my expectations, in particular, because it is really hard to find naturally blue flowers.

Have used this florist numerous times. Without fail , the flowers are magnificent! No other florist comes close. They are a little pricy. This is one case where you get what you pay for!! The staff is always patient and very helpful.

Awful attitude and service. Stay away! Greenleaf and Bloom was once owned by a remarkably talented british florist. No more. Too expensive and doing me a favor? Methinksnot!

AVOID!!! First - overpriced, which is typical for this area. Second - mediocre selection. Third and most importantly - the conduct of management and staff is horrific. I live locally and virtually every day I have to sit in traffic, horns beeping, while I wait for the delivery driver to move his car out of the way so I can park in our shared parking lot. He blocks the entrance bc he's apparently too lazy to take the staircase -- like everyone else does including me, bags of groceries in hand. When I finally said something to him - he laughed and mocked me. Then shot back that I was the only one who complains. (Not remotely true). When I went to the owner to complain about the guy's disrespectful and obnoxious, condescending and chauvinistic attitude - he told me it's my responsibility to "drive around" until the delivery guy moves. Knowing how these people treat folks who aren't their customers is all I need to stay far away and encourage others to as well.

I've used this florist a few times and the flowers have been incredible. The arrangements are beautiful and they have made each recipient so happy!
