“Rented out at JFK dropped off at this location. Gentlemen was very friendly and helpful. The 800 number told my wife that there would be a $35 drop off fee… when I returned the car I was only charged $25. Thank you.”
“I got exactly what I planned for. The staff branch was very nice, helpful and friendly. I got the best last minute deal once i knew the night before there’s a funeral I had to attend. The only thing it was the limited mileage was only 175 allowances. However my round trip thank God was almost exactly 183 miles. So nothing more than a 2 or 3 bucks. Of course I would go again to rent from that branch but hopefully for a vacation. Much appreciated.”

“I had a really good experience throughout the whole process, from making a reservation on the Enterprise App to driving the car around the city to returning it.
All the staff here were so friendly, and they worked both professionally and efficiently.
When I got it, the car was new and clean, and the gas tank was full. I used half of the gas, and they charged me an additional gas fee when I returned the car instead of asking me to keep the gas at the original level. Everything was so easy.
I will definitely choose Enterprise next time I need a rental car. Highly recommend!”
