Doors never work when I need to deposit or get cash after hours.

I rarely called for assistance to the local branch. Today I called and someone immediately put me on hold without giving me the chance to just hi. I was on hold for 15 minutes and I just gave up. Very upset. They do a very good job to wait people out for sure. That was an easy call. No customer service!

The absolute worst bank. Waiting 20 minutes on line and finally got to speak with Bank Teller who was useless. I asked for Manager and I was told he’s at another location. Stay away from this branch.
