Tee is fabulous with the dogs and is truly artistic in her work. She does an amazing job with the dogs and cares so much for the dogs like her own. Her entire staff is friendly and great with both the customers and dogs. You can see how the dogs get excited to walk in there. I highly recommend Bone Jour!

Tia and her staff were wonderful with my new puppy, Lily. It was her first grooming appointment and she was very nervous (and wiggly) -- with an even more anxious dog mom in tow! Robin was at the front desk, and immediately put us at ease, giving Lily lots of hugs with attention. She answered all my questions and concerns and took the time to give me a tour of the immaculate play areas. Tia's sent me videos throughout the process, called to discuss the cut, and fixed my misshapen past attempts at grooming. Although Lily is a handful, TIa was so kind and understood her puppy behavior. Lily looks great and loved her experience there. Thank you!

Vincent and Tia are fabulous!! They really care for your pups and the entire staff here are friendly excellent trimmers ! It’s very very clean and comfortable for your pups. Whether you use the truck for trimming or leave them in their cage free shop there is no worry. Your family pup will be treated with fabulous care. All three of my little pups go here. Prices are so reasonable too!!!!

They stopped take our dog because he was not groomed in the past 6 weeks?! They never mentioned it before and they were extremely rude about it. What is wrong with this place?

STAY AWAY!! The owner Letizia had been grooming my dogs for 14 years....she texted me one day that she can no longer groom my dogs (weekly I may add) because I asked her to change my day and said "she needed more notice" and when I asked her how much more notice she needed she then proceeded to tell me off in a text and fired me from being her long standing client. In the next breath she claimed she loved my dogs--- clearly she could care less about them and said " I hope you can find someone to give Cookie & Candie the patience and care they need". My dogs have been traumatized! We had a long standing relationship and she even texted me previously to thank me and I quote "for all my support and if it weren't for wonderful people like me and my generosity she would not have even able to give her kids everything" I sent her babies gifts, gave her holiday tips and when she had very few clients I was so important when she was in her truck in my driveway just starting out. She had the audacity and said to me and I quote "it's getting difficult to reschedule because of the amount of new dogs". So if you want your dogs to be dumped after they get comfortable with a dog groomer and go to a place where the the owner says to you there are 50 dogs a day and so many new clients --- I PROMISE you will not be treated well in the end. She forgot who the customer is and FORGOT that she's providing a service. I have never in my life dealt with anyone who treated me like that after 14 years of being a long standing client. It's Disgusting she had no regard for how your animals may feel and how cruel an interruption of their schedule affects them after weekly grooming for 14 years. Like I said they are traumatized --- don't think it won't happen to you-- you' ll see! Also I may add I had very little contact over the years with Letizia because she dropped off and picked them up and when I asked for a small request she turned on me like I was rude AND did something wrong. Also I may add that she requested an apology from me and when I did say to her if I offended you I'm sorry but in the end it wasn't me --- she tried to gaslight me and make it like I did something wrong. I'm not crazy here!! She dumped my poor dogs and tried to blame it on me because she was too busy with her booming business. Do not get your dogs involved with someone who will abandon your dogs after they get comfortable. I've never seen someone be so cruel to dogs after that long of a bonding experience and trust. Dogs are people too! They matter ! There is an oath people take who care for animals. Do no harm! My poor dogs are traumatized when they get groomed now it's painful to see what she has done to them.

Dog groomer version of the Soup N**** Grooming is not bad, but personality is off the charts. If you don't want to deal with a diva as your dog's groomer, stay away. If you want to get lectured and talked down to, by all means this place is for you.

We called for a third appointment for our sweet dog who is 8 weeks past her last grooming. We spoke to the owner, who rudely relayed to us that she could not be bothered with grooming a dog over 6 weeks since it's last cut, and even refused to do so. We even offered to pay for the inconvenience, but we're flat out rudely refused. Will not be recommending or going back.

Nasty people and had no time to give my dog a proper grooming. Because my dog had a few knots they shaved him to the bone, probably to save them time. If your dog needs groomed make sure he/she is groomed before going to this bunch or they will come out shaved like a sheep.

Need a trustworthy salon to help keep your furry family member happy and healthy? I absolutely recommend Bone Jour. Tia is a knowledgeable, responsible, and experienced owner. When COVID-19 resulted in us needing serious help grooming our dog, who has skin problems and is prone to matting, Tia could have easily turned us away due to the liability. She is honest in her work and communication with clients and ready to have potentially difficult conversations that are necessary for the health and well-being of our animals, as well as for her business. It is clear how much Tia and her staff love animals, and their talent and responsible business practices are why we're looking forward to working with Bone Jour in the near future.
