I went into Arhaus in Huntington and was greeted by a salesperson Tenisha who was very pleasant and professional . She showed us a bunch of different items and we put an order together . I was interested in possibly adding a sofa and unfortunately that sofa wasnt in the Huntington store . Tenisha suggested that if i wanted to see it in person to go to the Arhaus located in Manhasset so i could see it . She told me when I arrived to ask for Dawn and she would be happy to show it to me . Here is where the one star review comes in , I entered the store and was greeted by a salesperson . I immediately told the sales person i was sent to the store to just see a couch and that Tenisha sent me and told me to ask for Dawn . The salesperson turned to Dawn and said " Dawn these customers are here to see a couch Tenisha told them to ask for you " Dawn literally yelled across the sales floor if Tenisha wants for them to see a couch maybe she should come here and show it to them herself . She added i cant believe she would send them on a Sunday . Literally she was standing in the store not doing a thing no customers we were mortified there were other customers in the store that literally looked at us like what the heck was that . My husband and my daughter looked at each other and didn't know what to do . The saleslady who called for Dawn was totally embarrassed as well she quickly said i can show you the couch. In the elevator she said I'm so sorry i don't want you to feel unwelcomed . I asked how could I feel any other way . I couldn't believe how unprofessional Dawn behaved she also agreed it was terrible. The entire experience was so un settling on the way out Dawn still had no clients and I looked at her to make eye contact giving her the opportunity to apologize maybe a bad day and she turned her head on us with an annoyed face . If you do decide to shop in that store avoid Dawn at all cost she has a terrible disposition and needs a lesson in human decency.

I am very happy with her and thrilled my with my new furniture. I have received many compliments.

Such a lovely store! I was awed by the extensive selection at this location.
Since my husband and I are in the process of purchasing a new home, I brought him with me to check out the store. He was just as impressed as I was, so we will be taking advantage of their interior design services for our new abode!

Pretentious and unequivocally classless. No help was given or acknowledgment. On the second floor I entered to take a look and 3 salespeople left the floor. Go to Jersey. Leave this location in the trash bin.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Arhaus, particularly with the Manhasset location. After purchasing a table that arrived damaged, my attempts to get a resolution have been met with nothing but frustration and delays. Despite calling the Manhasset store seven times and leaving messages on each occasion, the only time I managed to speak to someone was when I initiated the call myself.
To make matters worse, the store’s explanation for the lack of response was that my emails were somehow sent to the wrong store management team. This oversight is inexcusable, especially after the numerous follow-ups I’ve made. The response I finally received offered no real solution—just a vague promise to “make some inquiries” and get back to me about a loaner table.
I was told the damaged table is “worth the wait” because of its handcrafted nature, but this is not acceptable. I expected much better service after investing in what I believed was a premium product. The lack of urgency and accountability from Arhaus has been incredibly frustrating.
I will be escalating this issue to corporate, but I felt it was important to share my experience here as well. I hope others consider this before making a purchase with Arhaus.

I was told that the additional warranties will cover sagging couch for 5 years. When 4 out of 5 pieces were clearly sagging, we followed the instruction and sought the warranty coverage WITHIN the warrant period. We were rejected without any specific reasons.

Cynthia and Katia are a dream team . This is my second time working with Cynthia , she is amazing and the customer service is great . Katia is an added bonus. She did 3d layouts of each room . It made it so easy to visualize everything. I felt completely on the same page with these two .

We absolutely love our dining set!This was our first purchase from Arhaus and it was a fabulous experience.The process started in-store where we saw a lot products. We were free to browse all the selections. Cynthia helped with giving us our quotes on two different sets.We ultimately came back and made a decision the same day. They disclosed that there was a wait time and that we were getting two separate deliveries. We were fine since we really liked the product and other companies had similar back order issues.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We got our final delivery today. Everything came as promised and on time. The delivery process was very smooth. We got a call when our items arrived to the hub and an email to schedule a date and time for the home delivery. The delivery staff were polite, efficient, and clean. It was truly white glove.Overall, Everyone at store was friendly and helpful. They were transparent with delivery dates and status of item. The products are beautiful and very comfortable. Couldn’t be any happier.

Im extremely frustrated and dissapointed with Arhaus. We purchased an entire bedroom set 9/2/23. We waited 2 months for delivery which i understand but once delivered there was a pretty noticeable defect in the fabric og my headboard and my 6 drawer dresser came cracked at the top plus the drawers were damaged so we had to send it back. To add insult to injury, i am now put back in line to receive the dresser late January 2024!!! Wow... you would think that considering the price tag the quality control would be better because the damage was not during delivery, it should have never left the factory in that condition. I am also in disbelief that Arhaus doesn't keep some backup stock for issues such as these. Why do i need to be put back in line to receive a dresser that i purchased 9/2/23 and only get it almost 6 months later. That's completely unacceptable. To add insult to injury i called the Short Hills store and someone there said they would find a way to help me perhaps by sending me a temporary dresser so my clothe isn't all over the place for months. Its been almost 2 weeks and no call back or resolution from anyone. Honesty i've purchased furniture from many places in the past and this has been by far the worst experience from a "luxury" brand. Get it together Arhaus!!!

Ordered a coffee table in august 6th was supposed to be here early to mid December. January comes along hear nothing called order taker Maria Pena that placed the order zero effort as I knew what I wanted when I walked in. Emailed Maria says earlier February it will be ready 2 months after original date. I decided to cancel order due to 2 months extra wait time. Maria Peña refused to cancel order so has to go in and have a manager do it. Run away from this store
