Chef Phillip and Vincent at The Roslyn Sub Zero Wolf Cove Showroom were fantastic! This is the best way to shop for appliances. I am telling all of my friends about the great experience. Thank you!

Great product selection, highest quality by far. Sales staff highly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and without any pressure to buy. Invited to a chef prepared dinner at the location and was prepared a delicious meal with wine pairing. Chef Phillip was fantastic! Learned a lot about the capabilities of these appliances from him. Never had such a great experience shopping for appliances o r shopping in my life! Professional service and knowledgable representatives helping us before purchasing a single appliance. I highly recommend the demonstration before expensive appliance purchasing. Thank you for giving us this opportunity.

I had a great experience at the Roslyn showroom! It is newly renovated and is set up beautifully with all Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. The specialists walk you through and take the time to answer all questions that you may have and explain unique features and advantages of their product. Definitely worth a visit, they made picking appliances out so much easier by guiding me to products that fit my lifestyle!

The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They do not have sales people but product specialists. Since they do not sell out of this location there is no pressure to buy anything when you are making your selection. Chef Stephanie and Phil are incredible and the showroom is amazing! Absolutely worth the visit!

I'm not sure if you're supposed to make an appointment, but I happened to be in the area and stopped in and to see the showroom.A salesperson was attending to a couple, so I walked around. After she was finished with the couple, she asked if I had any questions. I said "yes" and mid-question, she walked away. She made a phone call (not received a call, but made her own call), started doing some paperwork, made another call (sounded like a personal call) and continued her paperwork. After 5 minutes of waiting to finish my question, I decided to leave.I'm going to assume that she would say that she didn't hear me say "yes," but she could have glanced my way when I was in her view to see if I could be helped. Or maybe say have a nice day as I walked passed her to leave the store.
