“Listen. If you are looking for anything to do with stucco this is the place. I wanted to update the outside of my house with stucco but I am only a carpenter. I had no previous experience with stucco and after going to at least 3 supply places across Nassau and Queens I found this place. The owner is as good of a person and he is a business owner. All I did. Was ask a couple of questions to Gio, as to how to go about installing it, and what I got was a tutorial given to me by a professional which gave me information that money couldn’t buy. He never made me feel like a customer. More like a friend. And it’s not just him. Natalia and Danny are exceptional as well. “Last night, I attended an introduction to woodworking class at Restoration Oak. With no prior woodworking experience since high school, I was initially intimidated by power tools. However, the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease. The class was full of beginners who were incredibly friendly.Omar, the teacher, is kind and talented, not only in woodworking but also in helping people find their passions. The class ran efficiently, and we worked together seamlessly, making the time fly by. I built a really cool toolbox for my gardening tools, and even my kids were impressed.Restoration Oak's shop is a must-see, filled with creative goods from Columbia, including handcrafted wood furniture. I'll definitely be returning for more classes and plan to host my next birthday party there for my family.”
“I had a project for which i needed to go back and order mire wood. The store clerks were AMAZING-PROFESSIONAL-KIND-PATIENT with my "no knowledge" of wood or how it works. The pricing is competitive as all BUILDOING SUPPLIES went through the roof since the pandemic. The delivery people each and every time were on time, gave me an estimate and showed up within the parameters-No stories of delay etc. The quality of the wood was EXCELLENT as i was working on an intricate projest that was high end for people to see. I called in the office to REPORT the driver for an excellent job abd the gal said shell let Brian know that i was 100% satisfied with my purchase, the timing, the cost, the delivery and the product. “I'm not the biggest fan of Home Depot due to the number of associates not available whenever I have gone in for something. But I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Donald yesterday when I was ordering my Andersen glass window panel. He helped me by calling Andersen's customer service and ordering it for me. Thank goodness he was there because I would have given the Andersen's customer service rep the wrong door design and would have gotten the wrong window panel. Donald was not only patient with me but with the customer service rep when she wanted to make sure he knew what he was doing ... he did!”

“Went in to get to get a toilet but hubby hadn't used is card for over a year so it was expired. Self check out only but Susan was so helpful she walked us through step-by-step through the sign in online process. She was very patient for my hubby had a older model phone. I have an iPhone 13. Should have done it with my iPhone to start with. Lol. Karla was also near by but Even though she was making sure and helping other customers with try check out she also was very pleasant. Will def go back again and again and again. Customer service was an A+.”
