“I went into the New Hyde Park store and was politely greeted by a gentleman named Mark. I described what I needed and he guided me to a number of selections that would fit my needs.
He was very patient and really knew his products. I could tell I was working with someone who had many years of experience and knowledge. I didn't make a purchase at that moment as I wanted to get a second opinion from my partner, who has a much keener eye.
We went back this past Saturday and again Mark was incredibly helpful. I finalized the deal with Reese, who was also vert helpful.
I just wanted to let you know what an asset Mark is to your business. He's not super dynamic with a cape but knows his craft.”

“Listen. If you are looking for anything to do with stucco this is the place. I wanted to update the outside of my house with stucco but I am only a carpenter. I had no previous experience with stucco and after going to at least 3 supply places across Nassau and Queens I found this place. The owner is as good of a person and he is a business owner. All I did. Was ask a couple of questions to Gio, as to how to go about installing it, and what I got was a tutorial given to me by a professional which gave me information that money couldn’t buy. He never made me feel like a customer. More like a friend. And it’s not just him. Natalia and Danny are exceptional as well. “Holy moly. This is the best building store for both pros and DIY’ers. The store was renovated and restocked in first part of 2024 and it’s even better than before. Riverhead is my go to for lumber, trim and moulding, paint and stains, cauks, both common and rare fasteners, drywall supplies, general building supplies and tools. They carry most of the stuff big box does but with a friendly expert staff.

“Last night, I attended an introduction to woodworking class at Restoration Oak. With no prior woodworking experience since high school, I was initially intimidated by power tools. However, the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease. The class was full of beginners who were incredibly friendly.Omar, the teacher, is kind and talented, not only in woodworking but also in helping people find their passions. The class ran efficiently, and we worked together seamlessly, making the time fly by. I built a really cool toolbox for my gardening tools, and even my kids were impressed.Restoration Oak's shop is a must-see, filled with creative goods from Columbia, including handcrafted wood furniture. I'll definitely be returning for more classes and plan to host my next birthday party there for my family.”

“Went in to get to get a toilet but hubby hadn't used is card for over a year so it was expired. Self check out only but Susan was so helpful she walked us through step-by-step through the sign in online process. She was very patient for my hubby had a older model phone. I have an iPhone 13. Should have done it with my iPhone to start with. Lol. Karla was also near by but Even though she was making sure and helping other customers with try check out she also was very pleasant. Will def go back again and again and again. Customer service was an A+.”
