Called before driving an hour to this dealer, and they assured me the car was in mint condition, and said it had only been there for a month. Turns out it was there for 6 months, and was completely dirty, never been detailed, and while there was only 1 owner, the car had actually been purchased by auction, and was most likely a police car. When we arrived at our scheduled appointment, no one had the vehicle ready for us to see, it was jammed into a tiny lot bumper to bumper, literally the back of the car was touching the fence. Lastly, the down payment of $2,995 is not included in the advertised price, so go in with the expectation that the car will be $5k over asking. Not a good experience whatsoever.

I came to the dealership looking to see a deal on a vehicle. The sales representative Walter was a great and honest person. However, when it was time to run numbers, the finance manager came out and was completely rude, unprofessional, and snotty. I offered a price for the vehicle, which was at a fair rate, in comparison to a newer vehicle with lesser miles the manager told me to go get that vehicle since you’re bringing it up without even trying to negotiate with me. I would not waste your time coming to this dealership especially if you’re trying to get a good deal. Also be prepared to pay extra fees for the dealership just to check the vehicle.

Inquired about a vehicle listed at $24000, was told there would be a $3000 down payment required bringing the total of the car itself to $27000... that's not how "down payments" work, thats also that's false advertising. Other fees BEFORE TAXES brought the total to $29500, so $33k out the door... for a car listed at $24000....

I've bought many vehicles in my lifetime from new car dealerships, private sales and used car dealerships. This used car dealership has got to be the absolute worst in the universe. Long and short of the whole ordeal, they strung us along with 2 vehicles and allegedly sold both of them when we wouldn't finance through their bank. Shady and unscrupulous sales practices and people. Lots of added fees to go with it. Not worth wasting your time with any of them.

PLEASE READ!!! STAY AWAY THE WORST PEOPLE EVER.They sold me a car with shot rear differentials, they claimed that they fixed it when i dropped off the car but when i took it back to my mechanic to make sure, he said nothing was replaced. So i had to take the car to Audi and pay a ton of money.THERE IS MORE...My plates did not arrive for 1.5 months and on top of that they put the date wrong on the temporary plate so i was driving my car thinking i still had 1 more day on the temporary plate turns out it was expired a day before so i got a ticket for it.THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE SO IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE TO EVEN TALK TO, AND IF THEY SEE YOU CALLING THEY KEEPING TRANSFERRING THE CALL.THEY ARE SO RUDE ON THE PHONE AND GIVE YOU AND ATTITUDE AND TALK BACK IN A EXTREMELY RUDE MANNER. THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK WERE HIGH AND IT SMELLED LIKE WEED EVERYWHERE THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE AND THEY KEPT ASKING ME THE SAME QUESTION OVER AND OVER.SO UNPROFESSIONAL PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Purchased my car with this dealership back in March of 2022. Listed for $1995. Put down $1500, purchased a $3500 warranty, and somehow I’m financing $31,000 with payments of $830/mo. I only agreed to this because the sales person said after making 3 on time payments I would be able to refinance and cut that payment in half. Well here we are almost exactly two years later, and paying $20,000 in car payments, I still owe $30,000 and no one will refinance me because the car is only worth $15,000. I also bought the car without a NYS inspection because it wasn’t passing because the monitors had to be reset. Drove the car for three months and still nothing, so they picked up the car and got the inspection done and returned my vehicle with about $2,000 in parts missing. Full custom exhaust, tune, and blow off valve (the reasons I was cool with paying some extra money for this car). These people owe me $7500 for hidden costs, and whatever extra it will cost to get this car refinanced as promised.

Beware of Baron Auto Emporium's False Advertising and Terrible Service I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Baron Auto Emporium in Roselyn, NY. On February 15, 2024, I found a 2018 Land Rover advertised for $35,795 on both CarGurus and the dealership's own site. After getting pre-approved by lenders and repeatedly confirming the price, I was shocked to be told in person by a salesman named Robert that the price was actually $41,000. When I challenged this, citing the advertised price, Robert admitted to an online mistake but refused to honor the original price. This blatant false advertising, combined with a complete disregard for customer service (refusing to let me speak to a manager or provide any helpful assistance), left me frustrated and feeling scammed. My time, effort to leave work early, and the long drive were all wasted. It's clear from online reviews that I'm not their only victim of deceit. I strongly advise against doing business with Baron Auto Emporium if you value honesty and respect. This dealership should be out of business for lying to customers

Absolutely disgusting and deceptive behavior. Never in my life has a dealer was not able to provide me or the customer a price for the finance vehicle before getting insurance for the car. The customer is supposed to know how much they will pay monthly for finance before YOU DEMAND FOR THE INSURED TO PUT A DOWN PAYMENT ON THEIR INSURANCE, JUST TO CANCEL IT 30 SECONDS AFTER… no bueno. And who wins here? The insured didn’t get the car, she lost money, and did you sell that Mercedes? No. So thanks a lot for your asinine work ethic and wasting everyone’s time. I hate leaving bad reviews but this kind of deceptive behavior is unacceptable.

Went to purchase Ram Truck listed at 18990. After speaking with the salesman I was informed that the Dealership has a 4,500 dealership fee. When asked for clarification as to why. I received some run around answer. I also received a callback the next day. When asked the again what is the fee for I never got a straight answer. Every other dealership is a few hundred dollars they want 4500 for the questionable dealership fee.Basically its false advertisement. They offer the vehicle lower get you in the showroom then raise the price on sale at the end. Include in their price are dealership fee, taxes, dealer prep and administrative fees. Beware of this used car lot.
