The thing about Ambalu Jewelers that I love the most is their absolute attention to detail. They listen to you, acquire the diamond cut, quality and size and will make your ring to order. They are pure craftspeople. They're honest and they stand by their stuff. I was once at a Zales with my wife for some cheap gift for a kid, and the lady behind the counter got a glimpse of my wife's engagement ring and was floored. She brought over all the other employees to take a look at it. (I told my wife NOT TO TAKE IT OFF). They were drooling. Incidentally I got my wife a pair of high quality aquamarine earrings with diamond halos and got a great deal. High-end, original jewelry at reasonable prices. Don't walk... RUN to Ambalu Jewelers!

I came in to customize an engagement ring. One of the owners walked me through it step by step and they sent me design rendering so we could make some adjustments before they produced the final product. It made the customization process seamless and actually fun. Definitely recommend their custom work, speak to Danny.

Wow! My husband just surprised me with diamond studs for our anniversary/late birthday present. I have been to the store for repairs and they are always helpful and courteous.
