It’s always hard when you have to spend hundreds of dollars when you didn’t plan on it but Chuck made the whole process and comfortable. Too bad for Home Depot that he’s retiring. Again, what a cool and great guy!”

“Aside from a hardware store in Woodstock, NY by us, we just needed other items and more variety that only a big-box offers. This Kingston, NY Lowe's is about a 15ish minute drive from where we were at and checked most of the boxes. For a weekday afternoon, this Lowe's was a breeze. No hoards of people around you and you had the aisles to yourself- but floor sales associates, were almost nil. When you finally got someone, service was helpful and to the point- including the self-check cashier who acknowledged hubs' military discount when she had to swipe a barcode. We didn't have major issues. It's easy-going here and we took advantage of some sale items with a good price tag. I like their products- but as far as on-the-spot service, you gotta search for it here.”
“I've been coming to this Lowe's for years for all of my household projects. It's over 90° and we had to move 25 heavy boxes of flooring into our truck. George and Dennis came to the rescue and loaded the entire truck. They were so helpful and friendly. It's hard to find good help these days and these two were top-notch!”
