I’ve been going here for years now and I’ve never had an issue. I go first thing in the morning if I can and even if I can’t I’m still usually in and out of there in decent time. Along with that, the staff is polite to ME. So, do what that information what you will.

THE WORKERS HERE ARE NASTYYY!!! Especially the supervisor her attitude is disgusting , the delivery person always stealing people packages , mail , everyone is the post office is disgusting and come off nasty , they come off so nasty you would think your sleeping w their man , they are unprofessional and ghetto they need a different job or to be fired , thats not how u deal with customers period.

They have misdirecting signage that creates two separate lines and they completely ignore it and have people just waiting there like idiots. There is a glass. You can see people waiting on the lines you taped out on the floor and are not willing to remove.Have the courtesy to inform people, mostly elderly people waiting in there that there is only one line and remove the sign and labels/tape as opposed to just calling people from the other line over them. It should be obvious that that is rude.

I miss Mike. If you lived in 11422 zip code before he left you'd know why. Before he left this place was pretty good. After, the whole place started moving and the people there don't do their job. I'd give this place a 1 star, but for Mike, I gave a higher rating. He was the best Mailman anyone could have.

Only one cashier so my wait was over 10 minutes because everyone had a package to post. This is my first time posting by mailIn addition, on the custom declaration form all items in the box must be itemized, state quantity and cost. I spent another 15 trying to remember what I had toast into the box and since items were a few from the original package, the possible price. So frustrating ?.Add to that the the expense, I can see why the USPS is struggling to survive

This post office is going down hill! The workers attitudes are disgusting and they steal mail. A few months back i called in and made a complaint because i didn't receive mail for a week straight! Today no mail came from friday.. i call the post office at 5:10 pm to make a complaint and ask where my mail is at and tell them i haven't been receiving my mail the lady said she will reach out to who delivers my mail... a hour later i check my mail box and the mail is there lol. They need to do better and hire trust worthy people

I send a package on Dec 14, 2021 and it still in transit since Dec 19 no updates , I contact the USPS through email no one contacted me , I call the phone number they have on the website the phone is not in service . This is the 2nd time I loose packages with them . I certified first mail thinking it was going to arrived I was so wrong. Today is 01/5/22 no package yet !!!

The postal delivery service for 11422 is terrible since Mike retired. I live 12853 but I continually get 12835 mail. Even with all the complaints I m not getting my mail on time and bill are late. I am very upset and disgusted with the new people.
