"THE" WORSE. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. DO NOT!! THE THEME PARK LINE,IT DOESN'T MATTER TO THEM,THEY WILL HAVE ONE PERSON PULLING SCRIPTS. WITH THE MONEY THEY ARE CAPITALIZING OFF OF DRUGS YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HIRE MORE PPL. AND O! PLEASE DON'T ASK THEM ANY QUESTIONS, THE ATTITUDE IS HORRENDOUSLY DESPICABLE.

the customer service is awful. The store is poorly staffed, and the lines are long. I'm currently on hold with the pharmacy, they picked up the phone and left it on the counter, not even a "hello, please hold". It's such a shame b/c we are forced to here because it's the only neighborhood pharmacy. I can hear all the conversation amongst the staff and the shuffling of bags, yet no one will pick up the phone to assist me.

This location opens when it’s convenient for the staff. Majority of the staff is rude. Additionally the pharmacy department needs training. I just called the pharmacy and someone picked up the phone and waited out the 1:30 pm lunch break. I called at 1:18 pm. No hello Rite Aid, just picked up the phone and had me listen to random conversations. Then at 1:30 pm as expected the phone call was disconnected. This is the worst location

I wish I could give this rite aid a zero star I am not sure if that's possible I been to a few rite aid before but this is the very first one where I feel so worried about even entering employees are so rude and unprofessional i was doing my shopping minding my business and i had a question I went and ask the Shift supervisor name SURSATTIE a simple question and the woman was so rude nd aggressive she caught a full attitude for no reason there is way to speak to people but apparently she have no respect towards others also she is giving out personal information about the store which I over heard people like her should not be working because she is not a good employee and she can also put the store in danger please rite aid check your employees nd make sure they are doing what they are supposed to do because the company can go down to the drain because of one bad egg .

I was on the phone for 15+ minutes, pressing 3 to try to get in contact with a pharmacist. Horrible customer service, would give a zero star rating if possible.

I like this pharmacy and the staff but I hate the lines. More staffing is needed during peak hours.

My major complaint is customer service. It is virtually impossible to get through on the phone For simple questions about my prescriptions. It takes days to get through, if at all. When the phone is answered, I am generally disconnected or put on hold without anyone picking up. My prescriptions are filled properly, so no complaint about that, but something needs to be done about the customer service and phone communication.

Most of the time there's barely any front of store staff. Today I went in to make a purchase, I get to the counter (because the self checkout machines were down) and the cashier (an older woman) was so negative and depressing. I don't know who brought her down but she was complaining that today was "not a good day" and that there was "nothing to be happy about". ? She is lucky to be employed were there are those of us who are actively looking and having a hard time finding work. She should count her blessings ??.

This pharmacy is just awful. I don’t know if they are overworked, understaffed or just plain don’t care but they never have time for questions, they don’t order your meds when they say they will and they never ever answer the phone. The most infuriating thing they do is when they run out of your prescription, they don’t contact you to tell you they’ve run out, they just leave you high and dry and don’t fill it. No explanation, no contact and when you complain they act like I should magically known they ran out. And don’t try to get anything behind the locked glass because they don’t have the keys to all the products behind glass. So I guess those products are only for show, not for sale. So unprofessional. I wish there was another drug store nearby.

I would give zero star if possible. No one calls to say that they don't have the medication in stock. No one answers the phone. I was told to return the next day at a specific time to pick up the medication. On returning told the same story of the medication not available. Terrible customer service and terrible patient care.

They literally get one star, only because they won't allow me to post a review with no stars. Been calling this place for 2 days to speak to the pharmacist and no one and I mean NO ONE picks up the phone. Like what's the point! Took an Uber there, my meds was not ready and you have to deal with the long ass line just to ask a question...
