I’ve had a really bad experience with this pharmacy. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for three days. I called many times, at different times of the day, but no one ever answered. This was really tough for me because I just had surgery on my lower back and can’t go to the pharmacy myself. Since it’s close to my home, it would have been easy for someone else to pick up my medicine for me. The customer service is really bad, and I don’t know how they stay in business with service like this. I ended up transferring my prescriptions to CVS, and I got help from someone there in just two minutes. Rite Aid needs to do better because they could be giving us much better service than they are now.

Very bad service, I live next to this pharmacy, I am demanding that they clean up because it is a jungle, a tree has already fallen near me. They tell me all the time to wait and wait. The manager is rude and told me to clean it myself if it bothers me so much.

Unfortunately, the rite aid on Francis lewis just need to be closed down. You could be in dire need of your medication and they'd be the reason u die. Cuz they never ready. Never available or sometimes just simply too lazy

I’ve just about had enough with the pharmacy department . There’s always a long line because there’s only one person working at the pickup counter and the lady of Indian descent always have a nasty attitude. She has zero customer service skills. I’m definetly transferring my prescription.!!

Pharmacy manager needs to be trained in customer service and take anger management classes. Very unprofessional and immature behavior.

This is the worst pharmacy, the employees are very rude and unprofessional. A worker literally disrespected me and when I asked for the supervisor, no one assisted me. I will never go back to this pharmacy nor will I encourage anyone to do business there. Shame on you Rite Aid.

This is the worst pharmacy
I had a spinal fusion done on 03/11/2024 I was discharged from the hospital on 03/12/2024 at 11:30.
My husband went to the pharmacy at about 11am before picking me up and was told it was going to take 30mins.
It's now 4pm my all my meds are wearing off.
I've called 4 times and no one answers finally someone answered and is giving me a story about they're short staffed since 11am you couldn't assemble my medication.
Very unprofessional if you did want to help others you are in the wrong field of work.
Do better Riteaid!!@

"THE" WORSE. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. DO NOT!! THE THEME PARK LINE,IT DOESN'T MATTER TO THEM,THEY WILL HAVE ONE PERSON PULLING SCRIPTS. WITH THE MONEY THEY ARE CAPITALIZING OFF OF DRUGS YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HIRE MORE PPL. AND O! PLEASE DON'T ASK THEM ANY QUESTIONS, THE ATTITUDE IS HORRENDOUSLY DESPICABLE.

the customer service is awful. The store is poorly staffed, and the lines are long. I'm currently on hold with the pharmacy, they picked up the phone and left it on the counter, not even a "hello, please hold". It's such a shame b/c we are forced to here because it's the only neighborhood pharmacy. I can hear all the conversation amongst the staff and the shuffling of bags, yet no one will pick up the phone to assist me.
