Never shopping here again. Came here to buy a grill and I found the grill i wanted; I requested 3 times from 3 different employees for assistance to get it from the shelf because it was high up and after waiting for about 20 minutes I just gave up and left. Horrible service. Just go to home depot

My 77 year old mother was extremely disappointed with her recent experience at this Lowes. Her initial order ($699.00 oven) never arrived due to an incorrect phone number. When she tried to resolve the issue, she was told she'd have to pay an additional $29 for delivery on April 15th. She refused, requesting a delivery credit refund instead. Unfortunately, the manager denied her request. My mother decided to cancel her entire order altogether.
She promptly visited Home Depot and purchased the SAME stove, which will be delivered on Monday.
The sales associate at Lowes was helpful, but the Lowes manager's inflexibility ruined her whole experience. I'm relieved that my Mom found a better solution elsewhere at Home Depot.

I typically never leave negative reviews on business pages. But this experience has had to be the worst experience in my life. I go to lowes to make a small purchase of 5 of the same items. Same bar codes same manufacturer same price. I go to register and they proceed to tell me 3/5 items they cannot sell. With little to no explanation as to why. Being that i needed the items for the day i proceed to ask if there was a way to make the purchase and request an associate or manager. The cashier Jacob was not very interested in assisting and did not once move from his register and made a few phone calls and proceeded to take other customers instead. 15-20 minutes go by. I asked jacob where the manager is and that i would locate the manager myself. The manager Chris is about 10 steps away. You hear there assistance needed and you as a manager just ignore the loud speaker? After assistance was called about 5 times by now. Chris continues to not care or anyone for that matter. Wheres the work ethic and customer service. Take you money elsewhere people!!

Lacking basic items, like roof flashing. LOWES Workers have the nerves to say it's because of springtime and the item is in high demand. Actually, who buys roof flashing in winter time?. Isn't that the reason why they should have pre-ordered enough months ago π€

Very bad experience ππ»ππ»I exposed to scam that use my debit card to purchase from your store .I called you to report that before pick up of order.the manger told me that you will stop the purchase ,pick up and transaction from my card.After one week I find that the pick up is done And the money taken from my account!!!!
So that means bad communication between your team work and bad management

I was trying to buy a metal bucket. These women here are apathetic to customers needs. The young women covering the self check out seems to not know what she is doing. The was a price difference in the metal buckets. I picked up one that said $6.98 and the register showed $7.48. She called the Front end women with the long braids and all she did was argue the point. Whatever happened to customer service? Maybe that's why I prefer to go to Home Depot. At least they try to have a solution. The long braided woman would jot acknowledge that not only thae buckets were in the wrong place. In both area where these buckets are located, none had the $7.48 price tag. She continued to only argue the point. I believe this will be the last time I come. Home Depot is not that much further.
