“I’ve been doing business with Joe for over 20 years. I recommend Air Lite to family & friends. I own 2 homes & have purchased about 20 radiator covers. This one is custom made & picked it up 2/10/24. My radiator went from picture on the left to picture on the right!! As always, I am thrilled with Air Lite’s radiator covers. Well made!! Joe also informs me on how to keep them looking good (use spray car wax). Excellent family-owned business in Queens with personal service on all their products.”

“Went to Lowe's looking for carpet, John Diaz and Ram went far and beyond to help me get carpet for my steps. They showed me two carpets, one was olufin which I didn't like and then Ram showed me a nylon fiber berber which was great. They are great, i wish all Lowe's had workers like these two!....”

“The Hempstead location is better than most Home Depot stores. Disappointing that just about all of the stores are filthy. The stock on the shelves throughout the stores is covered with a layer of dirt, dust and debris. It’s also very difficult to find a representative to give locations of items and advice on your project. You are forced to wander around the aisle’s trying to find your items. They sometimes don’t know the location of items as well. Very few if any human checkers. Forced to use the self checkout. Annoying.”

“Contrary to many opinions here, I've sincerely never had a problem with this location. I am in the middle of a renovation and frequently come here with my general contractor. We're usually prepared with measurements, narrow down our shopping list by looking online at what's in stock, and don't hold up the clerk by asking many questions. The types of services that I use are: 1. installation services (allow yourself some time), 2. general store purchase, 3. store purchase with assistance getting heavy things down from shelves or other types of assistance, 4. home delivery and online purchases, 5. Pro Services (with my contractor). Go in, pick up what you need, pay, then leave. Just like any other store.”
“My dad and I have been to this place years ago and drove the car there this was to buy tools and that there were stock and that the both of us bought the tools that we needed and paid for it using cashier.”

“I was there a couple days ago unfortunately I lost the receipt with the young man's name on it it was on a Saturday afternoon and my husband and I were looking for sliding mirror doors we went to a few different people and just pointed to the isle but left us still with the wrong isle it seems like alot of homedepots the workers just point and you hope it's the right isle most of the time it's the wrong one ..well the young man that we finally ran into helped us and had the best customers service in the store..he walked us over and took us to exactly what we were looking for ..we were very thankful to him cause we were I. The store for a good 20 mints until we finally found a employee who took customer service

“I have never been to this location before but it was near my job and I needed to make a quick run and I wasn't disappointed. I left the review on another Home Depot that's at another location and my opinion is the same that all of these stores are pretty much all similar. What makes a difference is just how more organized it may be or the employees and their customer service aspect. Some are just friendlier than others. This one was fine. No complaints.”
“I've been stocking up on tools for my remodel and visiting Home Depots around Queens, Beverly and the big guy on PM's helped me get a special tool and her crew went the extra mile to 'Homer' it out of the store. They keep the store neat so props is in order to the crew at College Point. Helpful and cheery, they made my evening.”
