I've been going to Eric and his business for a while now and I just keep coming back. They open early and get right to work as soon as you get there. Highly recommend this business. Prices are reasonable and the work is done well. Got new tires and couldn't be happier with the work that they did. They give warranty for any mechanical work done on your car and honor it if you need to come back.

Best experience I've had buying tires. The team takes their time and does not rush your car. They handled my new rims with care and mounted Stretch Tires without making any scratches.

I went to ask for installation of a tire. The guy inside told me the charge is $48 include balancing. And the price of a Goodyear tire would cost $225. On the Goodyear website the tire costs less than $160 and the service for installation somewhere else is less than $20.

Sloppy work being done here. I hear air whistling in my side view mirror after they put it on. I brought it to their attention. I still hear whistling. I asked them to top up my fluids for like 6-8 months everytime I went. I never had fluid. I go to the gas station to do it myself and I find I have a hole in the tank that they never informed me about. Meanwhile they were the only company servicing my car and never informed me about it. Not only that, they didn’t screw the cap on anything. Nothing under the hood had the caps closed back properly. Literally everything was open. They didn’t care at all and were downright sloppy with their work. This is only a part of my issue with them. I’ll pass on this shop.

Rip off joint. Stopped by due to a serpentine belt slipping off and tensioner locking up on a Jeep Commander 3.7. This was the first shop I reached...didn't want to push any farther and overheat and/or battery died. BIG Mistake!!! Quotes me 300. I agree despite cost being high in my eyes. I go for a walk and 30 minutes later, truck is done. Invoice shows 550+ tax. He said parts were $300 not the total. Do not go here you will be ripped off. I was in a jam and they took advantage of it. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB. By the way, parts for this job are about $100 and 1 hr labor. Not $300 for parts and $250 for labor. AAA and several shops in area: For Drive Belt: Belt(s) Replacement Repair Estimate Summary $55.21 - $85.38* Repair Estimate including parts and labor only Your Estimate Includes Parts: $28.77 - $49.44 Labor: $26.44 - $35.93 Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement Repair Estimate Summary $91.81 - $141.95* Repair Estimate including parts and labor only Your Estimate Includes Parts: $47.74 - $82.06 Labor: $44.07 - $59.89 So, as you can see even if i took the high ends we are looking at 220. And initial quote of 300 would have at least in the ballpark, but no where near the 550 he charged. Ripoff.

Stay clear away from this crooked establishment! My son hit a pothole and then caught a flat tire, he had the tire changed at a gas station and afterward, he heard a noise coming from the car. Assuming the pothole caused some damage he took his car into All City Tire & Auto in Rosedale, NY. The car was put on a lift ($65.27) and he was told that the strut was "Broken" and it would cost $650 to repair. My son left the shop without the pricey repair. A week later he took the car to a reputable mechanic who put it on the lift and noticed that there was NO damage. There were no broken struts underneath the car. The mechanic stated that when the tire was changed, the wrong size rims were placed on the front tire hence the noise. The trustworthy mechanic switched out the rims and the car is back to running perfectly fine for less than a hundred bucks. All City Tire & Auto makes it a practice to deceive and rob unsuspecting customers! Do not give them your money, they deserved to be out of business!!!!
