Was very clean. Needed an earlier check in time and they were very accommodating to our needs. Quaint.

Great price and rooms are nice/clean. Staff is very helpful, one key point check-in is done by calling management company. Roscoe area is beautiful and it has some of the best fly fishing in upstate NY. There is great little downtown area with few restaurants, nice small grocery store, awesome diner and great fishing store.
